1. 2/5Not many courses and deceiving

   I have used golf now for a while now, but the didn’t like the booking fees. So I decided to try this app, no booking fees seemed like a good idea, but it was not. First and foremost I have about a third of the local courses I can choose on golf now, and the courses that are local are NOT the best. Second was that yes there are no booking fees, but you put down a percentage of the green fees up front. This proved to be troublesome when booking for 4 people and they charged them the difference on their green fees. Now I am not that guy that going to hit up my friends for the remaining, but would have been nice to know. I will be deleting this app.

2. 5/5Such a great tool for golfing on a budget!

   I was skeptical at first due to some of the bad reviews I’ve read here, but I am really not sure what app they were using! The Teeoff app is quick, easy and helps me get to play courses I would have probably never found on my own. Made vacation a real treat! Unlike GolfNow they have an actual customer service phone # with someone available to help with any questions or issues that arise. I can't say enough good things about this app or company, I’ll never go back to GolfNow again!!

3. 5/5So happy to discover TeeOff!

   My husband’s friend told us about TeeOff a few months ago when we visited them in Florida. We always try to get a round in when we go on vacation but usually calling the course directly. This time we went to LA and remembered TeeOff so we tried it.. so convenient to see all the courses on a map and compare prices and pictures. We got such a great deal that we decided to play another round the next day as well!! I have no complaints

4. 5/5Back to the Old App ... PLEASE

   Updated my TeeOff app today (no choice) and was exceedingly disappointed in how much they have conformed to their GolfNow parent app, which was light years behind them. Now all of the problems of the GolfNow app are present in TeeOff; e.g., lost positioning (i.e., returning to list always brings you back to Top of list, rather than your prior position on the list), commercial ad screens introduced in the midst of booking, and password problems on mobile app (forced to call TeeOff and then had to use computer instead), just to name a few complexities now shared by both apps. Ease of use has been greatly diminished in this TeeOff update, making it much more time consuming to do “what if” scenarios to compare different course net rates for a given day. If I could return to the earlier Version ... I would in a heartbeat. I have given the lowest rating of one star, but I would actually rate it zero, but to do so might mistakenly be concluded as not having been rated. BTW: in a cursory look, it appears that TeeOff tee prices have all gone up, looking very, very similar to GolfNow rates. Surprise!!! TeeOff: PLEASE reconsider going back to the past Version/structure that positively differentiated you from GolfNow.    I had to updated my app. Now I cannot login, or reset my password or book as a guest. I really enjoyed booking tee times from TeeOff until now. Talked to customer support, they said book a tee time as a guest and when I tried it. It says I have an account and should login. Called customer service again and they couldn’t even pull up tee times in my Phoenix area. Stop wasting everyone’s time
