  1. 5/5New to app,

I’ve updated my review, Emmanuel is awesome, he is very responsive to issues and will help you make his program work for you! Thanks for a valued app that I use frequently. The app is a it overwhelming, trying to get everything updated. The entering of the cards was the easy part, sharing the app has some issues that I’m trying to work through. The adding of extensions to Safari even using the step by step seems to not work as advertised, could be the the version of my iOS, I was able to get to the point of extensions and added it to my iPad but on my phone there is no option to add it, there is a link that open cardpointers ?! …. And there I’m at a loss as to what I’m supposed to do to get the extension added. I’ve already sent a commment to support about trying to get all the cards to show up on P2. The app seems to want her to pay and join as well?! It looks like it will be a good product I can see a lot of work has been done, and the 3 stars could be more my problem than the apps…not sure, but asking me the day after getting it leaves me a bit more confused that it being useful. Regards, Eric Stern

  2. 2/5Great Ideas, Horrible Execution.

I am going through a variety of points and rewards related apps similar to this one, and I was actually impressed with the simplicity behind this app. Unfortunately, you have to OPT-IN to your “free trial” in order to take advantage of using anymore than TWO (2) credit cards! This app is certainly in the minority as opting-in just to get a “free trial” could very easily lead to unwanted charges if you don’t like something enough to dissuade a subscription towards the end of that “free trial” period. I feel that’s riding on a very gray area as far as business practices are concerned, enough so that I found the area within settings to delete my account, and subsequently deleted the app. As we are living in digital times, I get that things are automated and learned to trust the majority of those interactions, but there’s something to be said when a gut feeling tells you not to “opt in” to your “free trial” for an otherwise very nice app, all because you are being “locked-in” far more than many of the competing apps in its genre. This app could be fantastic, but just start the free trial period upon first use without requiring any specific opting-in only to make the app even remotely usable. Actually, literally TWO credit cards is not even remotely usable! Ultimately, if I only had a week or two to use the app without having to worry about any subscription-related constructs, I may have liked it enough to pull the trigger on it. I am keeping a second star because it’s a great concept, but certainly CANNOT recommend this app!

  3. 4/5Not ready for power users, good for managing a few cards

Great concept, but needs more time to mature before it will be ready for power users. The most critical issue is with the search function. Typing in a keyword should bring up cards with that word in the title, but it doesn’t execute well so its hard to find your cards. Other minor issues to address are: 1) Missing cards, even from big issuers (ex. AMEX Clear. I know this is an old card that can no longer be applied for, and I’m probably the only one in the universe that still has it, but it is a valid card in circulation with anyone who did get it). 2) Missing card variants (ex. it has Target Visa, MC, and debit, but does not have the standard Target store credit card). 3) Incorrect data for some cards (ex. Belk is shown as being Visa but it is actually MC). 4) Missing card tiers (ex. Belk has 3 tiers for their cars with different rewards - standard, premier, and elite, but the app only has the standard). 4) The overall interface should be simplified. Having actual images for each card would be the ideal, but just tweaking the look a bit to have a more feel would be a nice improvement. In closing: the app doesn’t currently fit my needs (having 50+ cards) because it is just too time consuming to get set up accurately with the manual editing needed. However, it would be really useful for anyone managing a few of the popular rewards cards or who wants to track their reward bonuses. I recommend giving it a try to see if it works for you. I support indie apps and respect the grind of small developers who spend time and money to get their work out. This app is one to watch, and I’ll be back in 6 months or a year to give it another try.

  4. 5/5Fills a gap, absolutely necessary to maximize benefits!

I have been struggling to keep up with all the new benefits that the card companies initiated last Spring when we became home bodies. I also realized that I was not able to remember or efficienctly look up card benefits or point maximazing choice of card, despite being very familiar with several blogs, websites and services devoted to points. I was so happy to find this app! I no longer worry that I’m missing out on a great use of cards. I no longer fret about which card to take shopping, or which card to use online, or when I have a deadline or any number of variables that plague us. The app is time consuming to set up if you have a lot of cards, but worth it, if you want to use it to keep track of minimal spend as you acquire cards. But, that said, adding cards is a snap and I’m sure as I add cards and delete old ones, that I will use this app to track all my cards. It is a perfect compliment to other card following sites and services, as none of those put this very necessary info at your fingertips. Lastly, the developer is incredibly available and responsive. So refreshing.

  5. 5/5Surprisingly helpful for SO many things!!

I just wanted to say that I heard you on Wonderland on Points, and just WOW! I had bought this last year and REALLY, REALLY not paying attention and using the app to its fullest. It is now my and my P2's GO TO!! I can't believe how much I've missed. I was just using it to add offers when I logged in each week, and knowing I was getting value from that, but NOW, I'm like an evangelist for the app. It's incredible the stuff you have added makes our lives easier AND helps us maximize and save money! That being said, I think the part I am most excited about is being able to add when I've applied and been denied for certain cards. I have an Excel file of my cards and am trying to keep track of my benefits, but haven't been good about what I've applied to. And my P2 is SUPER excited about the Apple Store way to pay with whatever is most convenient because we have too many cards to carry around at all times!!! SO EXCITED TO USE THE APP TO ITS FULLEST POTENTIAL.
