1. 5/5Excellent customer service!

   I had a 481 day streak and completely forgot to sign in, which would’ve made my streak go back down to 1. The app said that if I was to play a new game for 15 minutes I could repair my streak. So I downloaded a new game. But it didn’t register on the app that I had done so. I thought it was a fluke with just that particular game I was playing so I tried another game. It didn’t register either on the app. So I contacted customer service with my issue. They answered right away and not only helped me get my streak back on track, but they added 3 extra days to it! So sweet. They did not have to do that. I highly recommend this app. I’ve already made over $50 with it. Every little bit helps! And yes, it does actually pay out.

2. 1/5Outstanding card and app

   Edit: What a difference a few weeks make. Revising my review from five to one star. None of the great things I loved about the app matter anymore as Bridge decided to close my account out of the blue and refused to tell me why. I’ve been nothing but upstanding using their services so I can’t imagine why the felt the need for such an abrupt interruption. I relied on this card for daily usage and their very unprofessional and rude actions caused more than a small disruption in my life. I do NOT recommend using Bridge. Original: First off the basics. This card just works whenever and wherever you need it to. I know this sounds like a given, but you'd be surprised how many debit cards don't work with certain merchants or decline your purchase at the most inconvenient time for whatever internal security check or reason failed on their end. Next, the user interface is simple, but in a good way. The UI is clean, beautifully designed and the app UX is easy and straightforward. Bridge also has a way to earn extra cash by taking surveys in the app to earn credits that you can instantly redeem to your card balance after reaching the minimum threshold of $3. Lastly, their customer service is next level good. Having dealt with them on a couple of occasions with self made problems, they always respond within a few minutes to the worst case a few hours. They work diligently to resolve any issue you face until resolved and are friendly while doing so. I have half a dozen other debit cards, but Bridge is by far my favorite card to use on any occasion.

3. 1/5Problems At Every Step - Beware!!!

   Yes, they will pay you. But not often and you almost have to force them to do so. I used the service for 68 consecutive days always making sure to spin the wheel. Most I ever got from that was 8 cents. I was referred from the Stash App and thought it would be a good combo. But they do not live up to what they advertise. For one, everytime I tried to cash out, it was always disabled. I had to contact support and complain before they would then flip whatever switch was needed to enable the transfer. Also, you are only allowed to transfer out $20 at a time and wait in between. I also, as a long time IT vet, have serious concerns regarding how they use and store my personal information. Especially since its financial data! When I raised any concerns, they just blew me off with standard verbarium and never took anything I said seriously. Nothing ever changed. After not chasing out for several weeks I tried again to cash out $2.30 and again it was disabled. This was the last straw. There are many other companies out there with similar services that do a much better job. I would seek them out first or make sure you do your research prior to using this service! It just isn't worth the headache or the chance at having your personal financial data sold and spread all over the internet.

4. 2/5Average cash back app, below average cash outs.

   I’ve had this app for probably a year or so now. I’ve cashed out $5 every couple of months or so on average, and it performs about the same or slightly worse than other apps I have of similar design, like Benjamin or Pogo. I haven’t had a good experience through any app that uses Besitos as their gaming rewards platform, and the same is true with Bridge, it’s very hit or miss whether I will receive rewards and it’s usually a miss. But the cashback was nice and while it’s frustrating the only cash out option is gift cards, I could generally find one that was worth redeeming. However, last month I completed a partner offer worth 4k coins, and claimed it on 1/05. I attempted to cash out, and got a message saying “cash outs will return soon”, though my friend who also has the app doesn’t get that message when attempting to redeem their rewards, so unfortunately it seems that when I collected enough coins for $40 in rewards, they disabled my ability to cash out. If you’re looking for a low effort cashback app for a couple dollars here and there, this app may be worth your time, but I wouldn’t waste time or money on partner offers or gaming rewards, and be sure to cash out at $5 or you may lose your ability to cash out at all.

5. 4/5Truly does give cash back

   I’ve made a decent amount back, wouldn’t say it’ll make you rich but it will help give you some extra spending money. However, the new survey system is a bit buggy and also inaccurate with how long it takes to complete a survey. It’ll tell me 8 minutes for a survey that pays decent but it’ll end up taking me almost an hour just for that survey. It just feels like it never ends and doesn’t tell you your progress with the survey, there really needs to be a progress bar for each survey! Also, the new survey system did break on me once where it refused to let me take anymore surveys (kept booting me out on everything I clicked on, even the 90% match surveys) until I deleted and reinstalled the app which seems to have fixed it. Bugs aside, it does pay a decent amount. I’ve had the app since 2023 I think and made around $327 in total. Not a bad amount when compared to other cash back apps. Of course, I can’t live off of that alone but it is nice to have extra spending money just from doing surveys, partner offers or just by spending money through my bank. Please continue to offer even more rewards!
