1. 2/5No customer service if you don’t get your rebates.

   Honestly I’ve done really well with instant rebates but the other apps don’t sync . I even lost a reward for connecting target because it’s saying I didn’t connect (even tho it was picking up purchases when I first signed up) I’ve had about 4 ($20 worth) of IR not come through ok delivery and have been reaching out to customer service for over a month with no reply. Today I bought 2 ir’s. & synced my purchases .. said it unlocked the 2 ir but they are not showing unlocked in the app. I also disconnected and reconnected my Walmart today because I made a purchase last Sunday to get some regular rewards that were about to expire & they haven’t synced. Reconnecting didn’t help. Also when you sync the app crashes. I think that’s how I keep losing IR”s.. it crashes before it’s done syncing & the ir confirmations get lost out in space. I’ve been neglecting my other rebate apps for this one & … I think I might have to start using the others again until this one fixes the issues. I would really love to post this app to my mom groups on my social media accts (not for referrals .. I don’t care about referral’s ) but a lot of people are struggling & I’ve been able to share amazing deals from weekly sales & other apps but I don’t want it to fall back on me if they download the app with my recommendation & don’t get the rebates they earned with their hard earned money. Please fix the app.

2. 1/5Great idea. Poor execution, worst customer support

   Highly recommend that you do NOT purchase items for rewards or to unlock rewards - do NOT create your shopping list with the intent of receiving or unlocking a reward. Just shop as usual, sync & be happy with whatever you get & nothing more. They will NOT correct app mistakes or offer solutions on known issues or explain how to ensure product eligibility. You CANNOT expect the app to accurately capture your purchases & you CANNOT expect help from their support. You also CANNOT count on items to update & your rewards WILL expire. Also, if you’re a brand in this app, I’d seriously question the integrity of the survey data you receive - the app appears to be curating answers they think the brands want to hear. Despite thoughtful reviews my answers were often rejected and I was told to try again. I know this is a free program, but I agreed to their terms, I provided my consumer data & I met the requirements for several rewards that I did not get & it’s disappointing to say the least. So please don’t invest your time in this app - they’re not operating ethically & there are other better options for rewards that at least follow their own rules & procedures, which I didn’t think was too much to ask for but I was very wrong! It’s great until it isn’t & they could care less about users. If you’re a strategic shopper, I’d skip this one or be willing to go crazy trying to get meaningful, helpful answers from support.

3. 1/5DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

   I opened an account and synced my shopping accounts so that I can begin earning cash back since I do most of my purchases online. As I started to get more cash back, I waited for the sufficient amount to hit the threshold so I can cash out my first check. Eventually I got to the $50 mark even though there’s another $150 pending on the account that I could cash out in the future. I tried cashing out my first $50 but somehow every time I tried it always said that my account is under review. I eventually let it go and figured it would be fixed at some point but till this day it kept saying the same thing so I email support and their response was that my account was suspended over suspicious activity. It’s ridiculous because I’ve done nothing but sync my accounts and letting the money accumulate this whole time. So basically I gave this app my info for free and all my accounts just so that they can suspend my account and not allow me to ever cash out. I opened the app again to remove my shopping accounts and now it doesn’t even let me open it because I got blocked after exchanging 1 email with support. Total waste of time, total scam, had I know this was going to happen for absolutely no reason then I would’ve never download this garbage app.

   Would give negative stars if I could. Getting nothing but ridiculous run-around and the better part of a month of excuses from customer service on this app once I have close to $60 with alot of this amount based in so called “instant rewards” where you purchase an advertised product using this app’s link to a merchant and they claim you’ll be instantly rewarded the amount advertised on the app for each item purchased— when you don’t get your advertised rewards payments for products advertised by the app when you buy items using their ad links, you obviously return the items you never would have purchased if the ads had been honest and not claimed to offer instant rewards getting issued instantly upon each purchase… but wait for it, BrandClub stated in an email to me that “once you use Brandclub and make purchases for some time without returning anything, we will issue some rewards for your account.” No thanks, nice try. They’ll pocket payments from brands in credit for your purchases made using their app links to products and then give you excuses and try to stall you leaving you waiting for those bait-and-switch false advertisements of cashback instant rewards on the same purchases they profit from. Wasted time.

5. 1/5horribly unorganized app

   The "expiring" tab only shows you expiring "locked" rewards and NEVER shows or alerts you of expiring "unlocked/cash out eligible" rewards. This is super deceptive, as it led me to keep purchasing products thinking I was increasing my balance until I noticed that my balance was quickly dropping everyday. I thought I was fine for a long time since the expiring tab never showed my unlocked rewards there and the website says I am supposed to have 180 days before those expire! This is completely false, as I had to scroll through 4 months of purchases to find that my unlocked rewards were really expiring at the 90-day mark instead of the 180 days written in their terms. I am super frustrated about how much money I lost. Because of their $1.50 cash out fee, I usually wait until I am at the $50 maximum cash out amount to cash out. I only noticed something was wrong when it felt like I wasn't reaching $50 as quickly as before.. I am really disappointed that 1) their 180 expiration timeframe is false and 2) they make zero effort to notify you of UNLOCKED expiring rewards. Make sure to check your balance frequently as they will silently take your money if you don't notice.
