1. 2/5Good app, but slow uploads and constantly says no internet

   I’ve used this app for years. It’s one of many receipt apps I’ve used/using. I currently use 5 different apps for scanning receipts and receiving rewards. I always wait to use this all last because I never know if it’ll work or keep saying Uploading Receipt. Luckily, if I wait a day and try again, it usually works. This is the only receipt app I have this issue with. Every other app takes the picture and uploads it in a few seconds. Sometimes I’ll set the phone down and the screen will turn off with it still trying to upload receipt. Customer service says it’s because of my network connection, but I’ve used it with 2 bars and it’s worked and I’ve used it with 3 bars and it times out. Clearly an issue on their end, they just don’t want to admit it or fix it. I’ve had this problem with the app over the last 2-3 years and with 3 different carriers in various locations. It’s never consistent with when it’ll upload and when it’ll just keep saying uploading. I’ve give higher stars if this issue would get fixed. I still use it and just deal with the frustrations because when it works, it’s great. App developers, please look at Fetch, ReceiptPal, CoinOut, and Frisbee and fix your issues.

2. 5/5Awesomeness app ever

   ReceiptJar is the best app I have ever used. I’ve been a member for a couple of years now and they have never disappointed me. I’ve recommended this app to many of my close friends & family members and they all agree that this is the best app ever. I also recommend that everyone who reads this review go ahead & download the app for yourselves. I promise you will also be positively impressed just as much as I am. The app is very easy to use & the points accumulate fast. When I’m ready to withdraw my points the gift rewards are sent to my email quickly leaving me feeling very excited to have received my gift rewards. When I needed some assistance Jasmine, & Janella, from ReceiptJar Support we’re both a great help to me & these support agents responded quickly answering all of my questions. They both helped resolve the issue and I was left very satisfied with both of their professional support. 5stars review isn’t enough if I could give a much more higher star🌟rating I would be honored to give it to ReceiptJar, because this app really deserves it.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thanks ReceiptJar, From app member Mirta N.

3. 1/5No loss (+response to dev.'s)

   The app is nice when it works properly. The best factor is the lack of loss. Your earnings are extra so it doesn't hurt to lose. But it's still not fun to lose. I found that this app had to be monitored closely to make sure it's scanning my email transactions. I connected Walmart and my email and it wouldn't pick up on large purchases from either source. I tried to report this problem and was told my points would be voided irregardless. I stopped using the app because of this constantly happening. I went back to the app to take the $10-15 I left and they suspended the account and removed the funds lol. Take your gamble with this one. I already wasn't receiving all of the points I earned, and then they took what I actually did manage to build. Most I can do from frustration is leave a review to warn others but realistically, I'm glad this wasn't a true direct loss and I can always stick with the receipt apps whom haven't caused me issues. Don't let the developer response to my review move you. I did reach out to customer support (before the review) and they told me it is what it is. My account is simply gone and it's their policy. I take the loss, don't pretend you have desire to change my outcome though. My 2 stars have now become 1.

4. 1/5Doesn’t work 90% of time- READ THIS FYI’s

   I have tried repeatedly to get this to stay working. It just keeps saying I have receipts to claim and when I click on them, it just spins and spins! WILL NOT FINISH! It will even tell me the retailer name, sometimes, but will not get passed the circle of death. I have uninstalled the app, signed out and back in, disconnected emails. I’ve done everything. I’ve spent several hours trying to get this to work. I give up. So I decided just to remove the app and delete my account. I don’t want any info to stay with this company because of the problems… Let me tell you, it took me almost 45 minutes to delete my account to delete my information. It was a nightmare! To purchase my home paperwork was easier than this! I had to sign several documents, I had to confirm several areas it was just nuts! If you decide that you don’t even want to mess with the app and try to delete it, you can delete the app, but all of your information, emails, anything associated with any of the areas that you shop, stays with that company to be sold, etc.… So make sure you you also delete all of the account information and the big one, is to delete your account and remove all the information by signing these papers and trust me, it’s not an easy task

5. 1/5All of my saved points gone

   I’ve had this app for almost a couple years now I think and been using it pretty religiously had a ton of points saved up because I was trying to redeem $100 voucher which was a better value points to $ pay out I can’t remember the exact ratio. Looking back on it now I can see they do that on purpose for you to keep storing your points in hopes that you stop using the app for 30 days. Receipt apps and none of them have a general policy where due in activity they deactivate your account and give you no possible way of reactivate your account and basically tell you all those points you’ve saved are gone. Extremely deceptive policy if you ask me one that none of the other apps are. It leads me to believe they hope people try to store their points to get $100 payout and then inevitably go in active for 30 days and get their points completely wiped out. Before the developer tries to respond, I did reach out and they basically told me they could do nothing for me. Long time user and I just deleted the app. But still amusing three others which are probably their direct competitors. They stole all that data from me basically because they’re not paying for it. Update: I guess I’m not important enough for the developer to reach out to about my issue.
