5/5Amazing vocaloid alternative for mobile
Incredible and flexible. Sounds great as well, I just wish there was an option for English labels for the controls. I’ve figured most of it out but there’s still a little I haven’t understood yet without proper translation. UPDATE: So cool that the developers actually read the reviews and take them into consideration, they have added the option for English descriptions of the parameters! Also the ability to save the audio as a .wav in the folder of the app with one click is excellent, now you can write your vocal melody and export with one click then take the exported .wav into whatever other music app you want effortlessly. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.

3/5Considerably difficult to use.
Glitchy. Creates random glitched pitch bends at random sometimes when you move notes that you must manually fix, audio plays offset for some reason and can’t be fixed by closing and reopening the project or the app itself. You need to break any song/cover you make in this app into tiny little pieces or the app will crash several times while processing even the smallest change you make. This issue caused me to lose literally all of my progress on a cover I was working on and it was extremely irritating. Also has this issue where it tells me it can’t process something because there’s “not enough memory” but I do have space both on my device and in the app itself. Cleared the app’s cache (several times in fact) and deleted any projects I didn’t care about and this problem, nor any of the others, were fixed. Though, I do like the changes to the pitchbend feature and the addition of things like the vibrato function as it makes tuning a lot easier, plus I’m happy to have access to UTAU/diffsinger on my mobile device since my laptop doesn’t run well at all whatsoever and I can’t use such programs on there. I just hope that in the future these issues I’m experiencing can be resolved.

4/5Very nice so far! not much complaints
I think this is a very nice app! I appreciate the fact that it has the option for english interface. Only two issues/suggestions though: 1) I wish you didn’t have to use points to import USTs. I think it’s annoying because importing USTs is such a vital feature, it shouldn’t be limited behind points or a paywall! I don’t mind needing to roll for more voicebanks in a gacha, because at least you have a voice bank to start out with, but having to use points to import USTs is a bit much. Though if it’s gonna be limited by points, I appreciate that it only costs one point per import. But even then, I think it says you need to complete the gacha to use that feature? A bit more annoying if true, but hopefully I’m just misunderstanding things 2) I wish the app directly supported english lyrics. You can still get it to work with phonetics (and it’s very satisfying when you finally figure out how to make it pronounce the words exactly you want!), but I wish you could just type in the lyrics as is. I’ll give the devs a pass on this however as I don’t know how difficult it would be to program in a whole new language and pronunciation lol But other than that, genuinely lovely app! This has really helped me get into the utau space, even if I mainly just use the app for silly short covers (P.S. The paywall I mentioned is actually very cheap (only ten bucks, which isn’t a lot compared to how much you’d normally pay for voicebanks!) and only a one-time purchase (though you can choose to pay a monthly fee for 99 cents which I’m guessing is if you wanna further support the devs?), so you should buy it if you can!)

5/5This app is ao amazing!
The new diffsinger feature is s massive improvement to yhe app and makes it kore phenominal! This app is absolutely life changing and helped and inspired me to recover from my alcohol addiction, get clean, get a job, and now I’m very rich and a successful vocaloid producer, and I have this app to thank for that! Thank you VOICEVOX developers!!!! I’m releasing one of my first singles (with the diffsinger feature of course 😉😏🥴) on new years day! Subscribe to my yt (compassP) to see the song! (Its about being a little freaky at a new years part while drunk, 18+ only hehe)

5/5THE UTAU OF MOBILE
I LOVE THIS APP This is the best equivalent because I don’t know how to download OpenUTAU but I have to say this is a great, no amazing synthesizing program if you don’t have a computer or if you don’t want to use Utalet and the fact that you can import your own voices makes it 100 times you deserve this review. I just don’t really like the whole aspect of you having to pay for premium. But I don’t mind watching the ads.
