   Absolutely! Here’s an updated version with all the features like ScreenX, 4D, and more included: B&B Theatres in Omaha is truly one of the best places to see a movie—it’s more than just a theater, it’s an experience! They offer a wide selection of the latest movies, including action, comedy, horror, and family films, so there’s always something for everyone. The premium formats are what make it stand out: the ScreenX wraps the movie around you with extra-wide visuals, and the 4D auditorium adds real effects like motion seats, wind, and even scents to make you feel like you’re inside the movie. There’s also MX4D, which is great for thrill-seekers, and the Grand Screen with booming sound and crystal-clear visuals.    The app is awful. The theater itself, at least the one in Ankeny, is quite nice. This app, however, is terrible, especially after the most recent major update. Tickets don’t show up in my account anymore so I gotta keep track of the email. And just in general the app has many days where show times just don’t show up on the app. Developers: just clone what AMC did with their app. I know you’re only the nation’s fifth largest theater chain but I think you can dig deep and get a decent software developer to spruce up your app. Updated: the app is still horrible. Even worse now. Just today I’ve tried to buy a movie ticket twice and both times it took forever to load the screen to enter my card info, but both times I accidentally swiped it down, effectively ending the transaction and holding that seat for TWENTY MINUTES. So not only am I unable to secure a ticket on this steaming pile of garbage, it potentially prevents other people from doing the same

3. 2/5Difficult … Not User Friendly

   When researching a movie to go see, this app requires you to “Verify” yourself every time you want to look at: 1. Same Movie, Same Theater Chain, Same location, Same Screen, Different time; 2. Same Movie, Same Theater Chain, Same location, Different screen; 3. Same Movie, Same Theater Chain, Different Theater location, Screen, time, ect 4. ect, etc, etc Every time you change something in your search for tickets, evening though you stayed within the same theater chain, you have to “Re-Verify” who you are. TOTAL B.S. Once you have signed into the app you should be able to navigate across the App, at lesst within the same Theater Chain, with constantly “Re-Verifying” Who You Are!!! I live about 10 minutes from 1 theater location and 15 min from a second, both same chain. The closer is my “Home Theater”. In a recent quest for tickets for a movie shown on 5 screens across 2 Theater locations, same Theater chain, I had to “Re-Verify” myself 20 times. Then because I bought tickets for the “Non-Home Theater” the tickets did not show up in the Tickets section of my profile! What kind of I.T. Psyconerdopath wrote this App??? He obviously wrote for his convenience not the customers!!! The App should work for the customer and not require the customer to work for the App!!!

4. 1/5Can’t log into phone app.. web app doesn’t work well either

   Can’t log into phone app. It only takes phone numbers though my normal log in is an email address. My cell number is attached to my normal log in but it doesn’t recognize it… so I enter it and my normal password and it errors out. There is no link to change the password or get help of any kind. Also, BB should know that the app locks in previously selected seats that fail to finish the purchasing process. Today, the two times I tried and failed to purchase through the app, it locked out the seats. When I successfully got on the web app, the only seats that showed unavailable were the ones I previously tried to purchase through the app. Coincidence? Maybe but I doubt it. Also the online/web app does not accept my Google payment interface setup. The “add the back of the card number” thing pops up.. and I’ll enter that number, the pop up goes away but I’m back at an empty credit card entry interface. I have to manually enter my credit card details every time. So frustrating. No idea if this is the same on the app as I have yet to successfully log in to it. SMH

5. 1/5Why do I want this stupid app??

   There’s no place to register. I’m already a member but have never used this online before. They have a “login” button and a “sign in” button! Wtheck?? Isn’t that the same thing? On all other sites I’ve been on those terms are used interchangeably. Anyhow, the login in is to sign into your account. Which I can’t do because I’m not registered online with my account yet. The sign in button is to register your account. Why not just say that then?? So I try to “sign in” aka register and it tells me “a member already exists with that account”, which is me since you use your mobile number. So I go to “login” and click “forgot password” - which btw I’ve never had a pw for this acct b/c until this point I’ve only ever given my mobile number at the theater when purchasing tickets. So when I click forgot pw it sends me an email. I open the email and click to reset. I reset my pw and then go to “login” and it tells me “your membership details were not found”. And it is a vicious cycle! Can’t tell you how many times I’ve retried. So I purchased tickets as a guest, where I will not get credit or points for my purchase. Don’t bother with this awful app. Waste of time!!!
