   I’ve complain numerous times and came to a conclusion this casino really doesn’t care. I’ve spoken to many of the staff members who agree. The casino is so big complaints don’t matter. Send them to standard form letter and call it a day. The top CEO and CFO turn their back on problems and wait for them to go away. Not realizing other casinos are right down the road. If Texas goes to gambling Winstar will be a thing of the past

2. 1/5Terrible customer service

   I have an issue logging in to my app. I enter my phone number and it tells me there is an update. I select to update the app. It then takes me to the play store and when I open it, it goes right back to the screen to enter my phone number. It’s a vicious cycle. I tried asking the question in the BOT and it keeps sending me a response that does not remotely address the concern. At that point, I decided to call and get assistance only to be told they can’t help me. This is now the second time I’ve tried to reach out and couldn’t get assistance. The first time it happened, I was being told I wasn’t getting promotions because my address was wrong, but yet I would receive all the mailings, but they were not showing on my account to use. They never made good with any of the offers even though they stated they had a wrong address in one portion of my account, and I was out of luck. I asked why I was being penalized for their error and they said that’s just the way it is. Terrible customer service!!!

Not only wasEmmaleigh efficient and professional during the check-in process. Their extensive knowledge of the area truly enhanced my experience and allowed me to make the most of my time in the city. Throughout my check in process, Emmaleigh consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Whether it was promptly addressing any inquiries or requests I had, ensuring that my room was impeccably clean and well-stocked, or simply offering a friendly greeting whenever our paths crossed in the lobby,Emmaleigh epitomized the epitome of outstanding customer service. What truly impressed meabout Emmaleigh was their attention to detail and their genuine desire to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. It was evident that she took great pride in their work and genuinely cared about the well-being of the guests. In addition to their exemplary service,Emmaleigh also demonstrated exceptional professionalism and grace under pressure. Despite the demands of a busy hotel environment, she remained composed and composed, handling each guest interaction with poise and efficiency.    This has been a long weekend after the weather turned cold & my friends left me at the front to go park and decide to leave after they dropped my car in the back parking and my cell phone etc was all left in my car but I had no clue where it was or that they left so security helped me at 2:30 am to find my car and they were so nice and they went above and beyond to help me., the only thing I wish I hadn’t had to rest in my car because I’m diabetic and couldn’t drive. But the rest was perfect !!!

   Apparently some people don’t understand that the reviews submitted here need to be for the app, not the casino itself. Needless rambling about the smoke in the casino helps no one. I find the app to be very useful. I can check my offers regularly and be in the know on when they expire. Also, keeping track of reward points, status, and free play is nice information to have at my fingertips. You can even find out where your favorite games are located within the casino. I use this app regularly.
