It also has updates faster than the airport staff at the gate, and is mostly accurate. Sometimes it doesn’t work very well on international flights though",

"body": "Firstly of all I don’t fxxcking understand why I need my passport for everything. One simple use case: if my family members bought the ticket for me through airline website, I’ll not have their passport info. Because of that, I won’t be able to submit a fxxcking purchase proof of my ticket. For manually adding the trip, it requires a ticket number and my own passport info which is verified with a stupid picture of me holding the passport. With all these info I have given to the app, I still won’t be add the itinerary without a proof of purchase. Does the fact that my passport number matches with the password number on the ticket not prove that I’m the fxxcking owner of the ticket? What were the developers/product owners thinking when they made this process so painful?",

"body": "For most of time this App works well. Unlike some of similar apps, this app handles the rebooking smoothly. Occasionally it did make mistake by importing some garbage data, but it only happened twice in last two years.",

"body": "It is disastrous if you need support particularly for a foreigner in China. The listed support phone # does not work. One place says your identity has been verified, other functions such as adding family members says otherwise. One place says you are a Plus member, but adding a family member says this function is not available. Making you going circles and driving you crazy. I wish I could give a zero star if allowed. Don’t upgrade your membership.",
