"body": "This is the worst app I have used. Keep saying “ system busy, try it later” when I tried to upload the passport photo. It is not user-friendly app at all for people who don’t live in China or have no +86 cell phone number. The only use of this app is checking the ticket information, but you have no way to buy it because you can not pass the complicated verification and frustrating trying again and again. Shame on who developed this app",

"body": "If you hold non-Chinese passport, even if you are Chinese, use the English version of the app. Or else they will keep denying your ID verification and you can’t purchase tickets without verified with your passport. I got denied twice at first, but when switching back to the English version of the app, I got quickly approved.",

"body": "I installed this app to facilitate some travel plans in China. Using some online tutorials, I switched the language to English to help navigate. Other tutorials stated that switching to simplified Chinese would help the app function properly, which was true. Unfortunately, the option to switch back to English then disappeared forever. Ridiculous.",

"body": "It's extremely not friendly to foreiners. If your system language is English, the app keeps crashing when you try to register. It just crashes and it never push a notification that you need to change your language (to yes, register). It's not a matter if I WANT to learn mandarin. Besides, traditional Chinese characters are not recognized when typing in train station names. Literally I need to translate from traditional Chinese to simple Chinese using another app. And I will not add a new keyboard simply because of this trash app.",
