5/5Best flight I’ve ever been on!!
When you get onto the plane it’s nice, clean, and very comfy. Literally no matter wear you sit, it’s gonna be the best flight ride of your life unless if you’re right next to the bathroom. The flight hostesses are also very nice and will also greet you when they get the chance to. And the meals on the flight are very clean and delicious. On top of that, it’s free. FREE!! The food, customer service, flight, and literally everything deserves a 10 out of 5 stars. ✨✨✨ I definitely recommend you choose this airline.

I spent 3 hours to book as my husband and I are using my awards point which has been waitlisted for a year already and now its been cancelled automatically I guess. I called on February before we left to confirm, the lady rep who answered the phone said we have to wait for another 2 weeks and we were hopeful but March 18 came and our reservation was auto cancelled. Now we ended up purchasing our ticket. What happened to our payment of USD 130 for waiting up til the end of 10 days before our flight back to US? and how can we use that points we were accumulating if we will be waitlisted and we will not be confirmed after, then points will expire after! Mileage Point system is not so reliable. We’re so stressed and upset.

4/5Magazine function can be improved
I love the idea that passengers can enjoy varied magazines through this app, but my experience was not good enough because the UI can display only one page of the magazine. I have to slip so many times. For a better reading experience, I even downloaded this app on iPad, but the UI is the same as the iPhone version. Which is disappointing. I love the way we read ANA DUTY-FREE SHOP magazine online. I slipped once and read 2 pages, like a real-world experience. So I can enjoy the layout, pictures, and design of the magazine. Rather than can only read a single page each time slip.

1/5In a Word: Terrible!
Japan is notorious for its bad websites, and ANA is no exception. This app is a primitive shell for the ANA website, so you can expect a bad, time-wasting experience. ANA should really hire people who know what they’re doing! Not only web designers and app developers but also translators. Their English site is filled with the sort of bad grammar and illogical phrases you would expect from a mom-and- pop ryokan, but not from a major airline! Japanese people in general can be very stubborn about insisting on doing things they don’t do well without seeking outside help, and this app is a good example. Incidentally, ANA flight service is not what it used to be either. You will pay high fares for a terrible booking experience and the same mediocre flight Amenities the other carriers offer.

1/5App is frustrating and barely functional
This app is missing the most important feature of an airline app: online check-in with digital boarding pass. Its online check-in functionality is limited to merely opening the check-in page of the ANA website in a browser window within the app. This is a terrible solution because if you need to switch away for a second (e.g. to look up your reservation number or frequent flier number), the window will close and you’ll have to start over from the beginning (maybe more than once). Save yourself the trouble and just use their website, not this barely functional app.

ANA’s reservation system is very frustrating. The UI is not user-friendly, and if I go back, all my input is lost. Compared with JAL, it is much less convenient, especially when booking with a disability discount and companions.

I fly a lot for work. This is quite literally the worst online experience of any airline app I've ever used, including budget carriers. I am still unsure how I even managed to check-in - I just got lucky I think. There are so many examples of how to develop an airline app, just copy one of those. Whatever you are trying to do ANA is clearly not working. Absolute fail.

I am still unsure how I even managed to check-in - I just got lucky I think. There are so many examples of how to develop an airline app, just copy one of those.
