1/5Incompetence to the max
I received letter in the mail telling me that my account would be closed due to nonpayment. No big deal. I was told I could easily remedy this by several methods: online or through this app. It was impossible online or through this app. Neither works at all. I called but they only answer during business hours? So I’ll call on Monday morning. Hopefully they will know what to do? If not there is probably someone else? Don’t get old!!

The new app works great!!! Easy to use. I needed to find my dental card for a recent appointment and I was able to find it very quickly. Ameritas updated the app from the first version and it has been very helpful. Thank You

The app did everything I needed. The user experience was solid and I was able to quickly get my id card and see where I am at with my benefits. Ameritas has been a great dental insurance for the family.

1/5Can’t Use What I’m Paying For; No ID, No Insurance Card, But They’re Taking My Money
Absolutely terrible experience so far. I just downloaded the Ameritas app and it’s already asking for an update before I can even use it — ridiculous. Even worse, I don’t have access to my member ID, insurance cards, or any actual dental information. Yet, they’ve already started taking money out of my paycheck. How is it okay to start charging me before providing any proof of coverage or account access? Completely unprofessional and frustrating. I shouldn’t have to chase down basic information just to use benefits I’m paying for. Do better, Ameritas.

1/5Website & App Not Allowing Users To Sign Into Accounts
This is honestly ridiculous. I can’t sign into my account online. I’m told to try using the app and the app doesn’t work. What happened? Because I was able to log into my account a few months ago. I have automatic payments set (thank god), but I need access to info about my plans ASAP and can’t get any immediate access? Judging by other comments, this has been a prolonged issue. What is going on?
