Someone decided it was too difficult to flip between accounts on a single app & a business app was needed. Seriously?!? I've been struggling unsuccessfully for 30 minutes to complete the laborious sign in on the business app. Also, I have 1 cell number. Your fantastic new app won't recognize it because it's already used. True!!! That's why it was a breeze to flip between accounts in yesterday's world. It's not necessary to fix something not broken!

I don’t get why they don’t allow us to upgrade to business prime from our phones my phone is what I use all the time for my orders anyway so I don’t even have the app installed on my computer I would order more if I had business prime because regular business is so much more expensive for shipping so I don’t order very much anymore

So the app , I’m in love, but on a the main items page the app never loads up after I try to choose a color or size or if I want to order more than one and so on. For example: there’s a screen protector I’m interested in for my iPad, but I want the privacy screen protector. And I only use a certain brand (Zagg) but when I tap to view the different sizes & screen protectors the page never loads up. It’s getting a bit frustrating

It works just like regular prime but having a separate app helps keep things organized. The only thing is when I go to orders it no longer shows when things are arriving. It only shows when items were ordered and then you have to individually open each one to see delivery date. As a business I care more about when things are arriving and much less what date I ordered them

When we go into orders in a business account, the chances are that there will be a shared payment method. The filter always falls back to orders paid by you, which are not very common in a business setting. So when we go into the orders page, please have it default to orders by the business, not by you. This is very annoying. Please have it remember the setting that we choose.

If you pause for just a bit, you get bumped out of your account. If I find something of interest, books or hard goods, and then persue an independent review online or thru youtube, the app quickly closes and asks me to sign in again. Not difficult, but annoying.

While the app is fine the shipping is horrible. The delivery hours are not business friendly. Items come after work hour's are left outside and stolen. Even though I have a sign stating not to leave packages outside, they will be stolen.

The filter always falls back to orders paid by you, which are not very common in a business setting. So when we go into the orders page, please have it default to orders by the business, not by you.
