We’re continuously improving the Air Canada app to make your travel experience smoother and more intuitive, just in time for the holiday season. • Shop & book experience: Discover the best-priced Aeroplan Flight Rewards per cabin with our new flexible dates calendar for seamless flight selection. • Passport scanning: When travel document verification is required, you can now scan your passport after check-in, helping you move through the airport more efficiently. • Live activities: We’re pleased to introduce support for Live Activities on Apple Watch, giving you real-time flight updates and the same experience you trust, now on your wrist. • Trips: We’ve enhanced the Trips tab further by displaying daily travel outlooks for potential disruptions impacting your itinerary and by adding a seat summary to the flight details sheet. • Flight status: Explore our new section detailing aircraft accessibility features to help make your journey more comfortable. • Push notifications: Whether checking in at the airport or with a partner airline, you’ll now receive push notifications with your digital boarding pass when your trip is stored in the app. • Share a Bravo: Did someone make your day during your trip? Please let us know by dropping a comment using the ‘Bravo’ form in the ‘Customer Support’ section accessible from the secondary menu to share your positive experience with our team. • Fly the Flag: In honour of Team Canada’s Olympians and Paralympians competing in Milano Cortina 2026, you can select the ‘Fly the Flag’ app icon available from the ‘Appearance’ section under ‘App settings’ in the secondary menu.

Flight status: You can now see the status of flights operated by Star Alliance partners right on your Home screen and in the Trips tab. No booking? You can also look up any Star Alliance partner flight directly in the Flight Status section of the More tab: simply tap the airline code next to the flight number to switch from AC, then search by flight number.

Standby upgrade list enhancements: • The standby upgrade list is now available starting 72 hours before departure, giving you more time to plan. • It features all customers eligible for an upgrade regardless of check-in status, so you can see your position even before you've checked in.
