"body": "I used this app in Laos. No issues for my first train. 2 days prior to leaving for my train back to Vientiane for my flight i was informed the tickets were “booked-out” when i called them out on how a ticker i booked 2 months in advance was booked out they informed me that the “booked out” was a lie and the time didnt exist. So i then booked an 8hr bus that would give me 3hrs to get to the airport and check in on time. When i got to the bus station the station informed me that the bus ticket time didnt exist but they’ll put me on the next one which i couldn’t do because I would miss my flight. I was then forced to by another plane ticket. They had offered me a refunded for the train which i said I would take. They then proceeded to try to book me for another train after i said no. When i asked about the bus ticker refund, they were unhelpful telling me to just leave a review and cancel my booking and get another booking. Then proceeded to ignore my next email on how that wont work for me and i would like my refund. Please be careful with this website!!",

"body": "I used the application very first time in Thailand. I booked and paid for two ways bus tickets bus tickets from BKK to Pattaya . But when we arrive to bus station, they don’t have the booking . Even l showed booking confirmation, they can’t do nothing. They asked to follow up for refund process and we have to buy the new tickets. It is so annoying and bad experience during our trip . Then l followed up for refund process. As usual, it took a long time and till now l didn’t receive back yet . 32 euro was detected for one way but only 25 Euro will back to my account due to the transactions fee. This is our loss without any wrong from our side and they just say this technical error . First and last time using this application.",

"body": "***DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION!!! CAUTION USING THIS APP! IT CRASHES AND FAILS CAUSING CANCELLED BOOKINGS TO TO REBOOK AND CHARGE YOU BASICALLY STEALING MONEY! I used this to book a VIP bus from Laos to Thailand during the process my friend found train tickets with direct carrier. I cancelled the booking 10 minutes after booking. During this cancellation process the application froze and then crashed. I waited closed application and then received email that the booking was cancelled. I thought all was good. Then on the same day of booking I received a txt reminder about the booking that I cancelled. I attempted several times to cancel and get a refund for this error with 12GO only to be stonewalled and administrator unwilling to escalate or to closely review the error. Please be cautious using this app I cost me $65 for their error!",

"body": "Horrible customer service, there were multiple times I had not received my ticket for the train I was taking, I received someone else’s ticket for a different destination. When I booked over night buses, I was frequently told the wrong pick up address and time, ending up having to hop on random buses that had room. I also was left at the border in Laos, they did not wait for us to get through customs from Lao to Vietnam and left us there abandoned. Please do not use this app, just book directly and not use this platform!!!!! Horrible customer service from this company as well. I still never received answers from them. They stole my money.",
