   A quality product that’s simple to use and install. Great price, definitely planning on ordering more in the near future. Had worried about using rechargeable battery cameras but the quality of video is outstanding, the mic/intercom works very well, and with the multiple options for everything from data storage to notifications to device sensitivity and so forth, it offers easy and simple individualized settings to suit my needs. The battery life is months long, and adding my wife to the home account was simple and as easy creating her own account and adding her on the app. Some reviews said they needed to contact CS. Not sure why. It was a simple install with a drill, a couple different bits to create access for the screw mounts, and the two cameras took less than an hour from set-up and downloading the app, connecting to wifi, and onto to installation and using them immediately. Highly recommend these cameras.

2. 4/5Very good cam & sw - a great value

   As I am exploring using this camera and software, i am finding it to be very easy to set up and use, move around to different locations to figure out how it works, what it picks up and what I can manually record. It only triggers recording for people. Clearly this is by design, as most buyers purchase it for security. For that i would judge it to be ideal and a great value for the money! However, I actually bought it to be my “critter-cam” to capture and record animals and birds coming over the fence from the wild lands beyond. So far it appears that it will at most trigger recording on motion from larger mammals and those only when it is very close to the subject. It does not trigger on birds at all, even on the highest sensitivity. But I can still record birds when I monitor it live and simply record manually when they appear! Otherwise I think its a great camera - excellent picture, includes sound recording, has great night vision too. I’ll probably get another camera for front door security!

3. 1/5Can't get it to work, kicked me off wifi

   I have the baby monitor. Tried to set it up today. It didn't work initially because it had to be within 10 feet of my wireless router. This isn't where I needed it, but I figured I'd put it next to it for the setup. Then it tells me my wifi password is wrong. I try it a few times. I've had the same wifi and password for nine years. It's the password that came with the Charter wifi so I know it works. Every device in the house uses this wifi. Apparently, wrong password only applies to this app for this camera. So I tried the "confirm password" option to see if maybe it was the password. Well, It kicked my phone off my wifi and I haven't been able to get back on. Keeps saying incorrect password and won't even let my family, who are successfully on the same wifi, share the password with me through iphone. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but I'm fully convinced China or whatever country made this app and camera has now hacked my phone and/or wifi. I have deleted the app and still can't get into my wifi. Oh, and the camera never set up. Fix this piece of trash app and camera.

4. 5/5Stop forcing your storage advertising - Updated New version removes

   Updated to 5 stars: With the latest update they have significantly reduced the advertising for on-line storage. Much improved and not intrusive on the user screen. I will continue to recommend these cameras and app. Original review: Use to be great but now — Stop forcing me to see your advertisements for you on-line storage. I’m well aware you have this service and if I wanted it I would have purchased it. You keep up the advertisement and I will remove your cameras and look for something else. It is extremely annoying and not what you advertised when I purchased your cameras of which I have 6.

5. 3/5Needs more features

   I feel like this is a great idea especially with the solar panels, however it needs improvement. I have low WiFi signal where the camera is at, however it gets signal enough to get by.. I feel it shouldn’t prevent me from moving through the tutorial.. it gets to that party and won’t let me go further so I have to back out of it all. The camera also really needs a way to choose your sensitivity, so it doesn’t notify for my wincing bowing softly in the wind but it does for my animal getting out of the fence. Also, I splurged and got the biggest supported sd card only to find there’s no way to record more than 30 second increments.. I’ve had a camera in the past that recorded until the large object stopped moving. So the delivery truck will just barely pull up and it stops recording. This needs improvement. If those things are fixed I think it will be an excellent camera (I bought two).
