   Zoho” With the team they have, the knowledge of each, the promptness of responding, the professionalism in which each one has shown to me , right along with the patience with someone who has been in business over 30yrs both as employee on into the purchase of, staying in the old style of Salesmanship, the older methods of scaling & outdated technology, ( that while worked). Was proven by ZOHO CRM that it was time to accept & learn the technology at our fingertips today. Pleasantly simple to understand and navigate even for the smallest business out there today that wants to scale & keep their business in the market. I also suppose up to the most demanding of businesses. From someone as small as I, to the largest most prestigious U. S. based or international. My strong opinion is that ZOHO CRM will be the most important, and effective tool one will need.

2. 5/5State of The Art CRM

   We have used multiple CRM’s for our business including Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 Sales and Zoho CRM. Out of all these companies, Zoho seems to actually care about their customers, probably because they aren’t answering to shareholders. We found Zoho easier to setup, more streamlined, and have more features and automations than the competition. The mobile app is very intuitive and easy to navigate. We compared this most to Microsoft Sales CRM and Zoho just is on another level. In addition Zoho has offered the most robust support. Some of these competitors offer absolutely no support and direct you to a ridiculously overpriced “partner”. The additional features such as customer and vendor portals makes our small team seem like a Fortune 500 company and helps us win more business.

3. 5/5Incredible CRM!

   I was recently hired as a Senior Account Executive and had never worked with Zoho before. I was pretty much thrown into the fire and told to figure it out in how I can organize leads, potentials, proposals, and calendars. Well, Zoho is not only easy to figure out, it has every component I would have used separately. For example if I want to see how many accounts are in proposal state and what the quotes are, it’ll show me the potential for conversion. I can also set meeting reminders, call back reminders, and assign tasks to employees. Zoho is a tool that I highly recommend to anyone needed client management. Simple and fabulous!

4. 2/5Great concept, Needs improvement

   Zoho has been part of the CRM revolution with an app and service that has potential. The latest update seems not to fix any issues, but made things worse: One thing I’ve noticed is that it’s not saving the data properly. This is very frustrating, especially after working for hours on gathering leads and accounts information - you go and enter the data, hit save and call it a night. When you come back to resume where you left off or you need to go back and retrieve the data: it’s not there. You only find what you’ve entered the first time you created the item months ago, and not what you’ve entered and updated since. Another downfall is trying to export all your data from Zoho CRM to Outlook. ‘Cause let’s face it: one can not rely on your data being 100% safe and accessible anywhere. You always must have a back up. But the problem here is that when you export from Zoho CRM to Outlook: the data doesn’t appear in the fields where they supposed to be. It’s all scattered in odd fields, even the most basic info like a company’s address or phone number, making the whole thing useless. It just needs a much better Outlook integration. It leaves you to think: If this basic CRM plan is unreliable, you think I’ll want to upgrade to the next tiers?? This is why I give the app a two-star rating, which means that Zoho Corp has more and better work to do.

5. 1/5The worst

   For years I’ve struggled with this company as my employer believes it’s a low cost alternative to sales force. So far it’s never worked right over the past 7 years, the app which they promote so heavily for sales reps is continuously buggy and unreliable. They executed an update over the weekend and so Monday morning, while Zoho is officially closed for President’s Day (minor US holiday), the system’s auto updates break and you’re unable to use the mandatory app until they decide to put their India team on it, eventually. So the lesson is don’t bother. If you need something mission critical or mandatory for your employees, pick something else… anything. This is the worst business platform I’ve seen in my 30 years in the IT sales industry. They have the worst support who claims they’re very sorry and will help, but they never do fix anything or solve anything. It’s just BAD.

   after the recent update I'm getting relentless repeat notifications. I will update my review when support is able to help me. the primary benefit of the app for me is client communication notifications.
