"body": "I see why they get such poor ratings. My first interaction with the human at this company was to tell me that their website charged the wrong amount, and they want to charge double or they’re going to immediately erase everything we’ve done. To justify it, they said that their terms of service say that you have to pay more unless specified in writing. However, the website did specify in writing exactly how much I was the pay. I guess they can’t even follow their own terms of service and would rather screw over a customer.",

"title": "Great App, Confusing At First",
"body": "Odoo is a great app in general. Life saver really. I don’t think the visual design of the phone version is doing it any favors. Similar to having to use the website as an “app” on desktop. You have to figure out where the navigation is. Once you do that, it’s fine. I finally needed it for the first time when it was thundering so I unplugged my computer. I want to see local storage of data on devices. It’s difficult to go offline on Apple devices. That’s what’s preventing me from raising my rating. It storms here a lot. Worried internet service will go down. Raising the rating up a bit: It loads a lot of data really fast.",

"title": "Missing “Reset Password” option in iOS app",
"body": "I would like to report a usability issue with the official Odoo iOS app. When trying to log in from the app, there is no “Forgot Password” or “Reset Password” option available on the login screen. If a user forgets their password, the only workaround seems to be opening Odoo in a web browser to reset it, which is not intuitive for mobile users. This feature exists in the web version of Odoo, so it would be very helpful to have the same option clearly available in the mobile app, or at least a link that redirects to the password reset page. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a planned update to include password reset directly in the iOS app? Thank you.",

"title": "AVOID AT ALL COST",
"body": "This company does not reflect a good option for your business. They will do their best to get you to sign the longest term contract possible. And will then advise implementation is necessary for you to be successful. This will turn to you paying well over $125 per hour to a “BSA” that is a not attached to your project whatsoever. You will be pushed into a $50-$100k invoice that is non refundable. And forced to work virtually with someone that does not care about success as you are already in a contract. I hope this helps those that are curious to switching.",

"title": "Great start but not as good as the web based version",
"body": "It’s great to see Odoo’s effort into getting their ERP to work across all platforms. Something their competitors should learn from. Odoo made their web based mobile version so good that this App doesn’t yet exceeds it. Things to improve: -viewing PDF attachment works but you’re stuck in that view with no way back to the App. -trying to load other attachment result in a crash. The now standard “Open In” iOS menu should be used here. -icons flickers when scrolling the home screen and sometime display the wrong oDoo app icon over a different app. -optional nice improvement: allow in settings to set which other iOS App is used to open attachments, to skip the “Open in” step (which works on the mobile web version) for a more native looking experience. Keep up the good work Odoo!",
