"body": "I use the same credit card all the time. About a quarter of the time, the app fails to successfully charge my credit card. I try again and the card works. The map feature is helpful. If not for that the app would get 1 star.",

"title": "Confused & Double charged",
"body": "The ZipBy app itself is fairly simple and straightforward to use. However, when traveling in Vancouver at the start of July 2024, the lot/parking garage was a “test site” and had no postings or in-app directions about how we should expect the account to operate or charge us. I pre-paid in the app for the duration of our stay specific to the lot number; however, each time we left the garage, it charged my account for the elapsed time since last entering - it did not take into consideration that I had already pre-paid. I submitted a customer service ticket asking for a refund of the pre-paid transaction and have followed up with two calls. It’s been 4 weeks and the refund has not been resolved. ZipBy seems to have potential as a really great and convenient parking service but hasn’t figured out their customer-minded communication or service tactics.",

"title": "Worst App Ever",
"body": "Unfortunately, the parking garage at my office requires the use of this terrible App for all monthly parkers. Joyce Parking in Annapolis ditched the old parking passes for an app that only works about 30% of the time. I’ve been hearing for a year that it will get better. The app requires location tracking all of the time. WHY???? I do not want this. Therefore, every time I use the app I go into settings to turn this feature on/off. There is absolutely NO reason for them to have location tracking on beyond when I am actually using it to get in and out of the garage.",

"title": "Awful account and payment management",
"body": "The least streamlined payment experience I’ve experienced. 1) requires you to create an account, with no “pay as guest” option, which is very inconvenient for parking lots I only use once a year 2) requires entering credit card info as part of account creation as opposed to being able to enter credit card without saving it. Which is extra dumb as they CAN take payments through apple pay 3) unable to remove credit card after account creation. Again dumb OR purposefuly malicious since they can take alternate payments through systems like Apple pay. This is likely illegal in some jurisdictions If I hadn’t been with my kids, I would have walked out and found a parking lot farther away from my destination, from the payment inconvenience alone",

"body": "Used this app today for the first time and it refused to let me choose a parking time longer than an hour…. Okay fine, I’ll just pay for another hour when it expires… well, when I went to add another hour on to parking the app just wouldn’t work, which resulted in my getting a $120 ticket! I should not have to pay a ticket because the app the garage wants us to use wouldn’t work! I see this app has lots of reviews stating the same sort of thing, the app doesn’t want to work!",
