1/5Horrible UI, Blatant Money Grab
Why on earth does anyone ever decide to use this service for their parking? They force you to add $10 to your wallet to pay $1.25 for parking. I visited a town with them once and now I just straight up lost that extra money. Why can’t you just be like ParkingKitty and take the amount that I need to spend and charge a small fee instead of making me waste money like that. On principal I’d rather get a parking ticket than have to deal with this ridiculous, money-grabbing app. On top of that, the signup process is exceedingly slow, and isn’t coded to work with Apple’s autofill, so I had to manually type everything in. Just bad all the way around.

1/5Worse parking app I’ve ever used
The programming on this is not user friendly. It is not intuitive and it is not delivering the info you need to know if you’ve paid for parking or not. So you go on your way thinking you’ve paid, but oops! Just kidding, you didn’t. If your municipality looking for a parking payment manager, find a different company. Even the law enforcement employees refuse to use this to pay for parking. I’d give it a -5 if I could. This needs to be redeveloped

5/5Love Canadian Apps!
By far the easiest and most friendly parking app ever. Refunds for not using the entire time you parked? Parking rates that don’t break the bank? We almost feel guilty about how easy and inexpensive this is. Chicago, you are on notice!!!!!!!!!!

5/5Great app
Only have to put credit card once. I personally would need an alarm for when I run out of time , but it has a time stamp in hours and minutes left.

1/5Forced account and $10 to park
Very unhappy with this app. I didn’t have coins (who does these days) so saw that I could use this app up pay my $1.25 parking fee. After spending way too long setting it up (no auto-fill on Apple platforms, no Apple Pay), it forced me to give them $10 to pay my $1.25 fee. And there is no way to get the balance back. Terrible business practice and I will avoid this app in the future. Now I’m worried that I’ve given my credit card to an untrustworthy company.
