   This is my favorite coffee place! I think the coffee is amazing and it really has something for everyone. My husband loves the energy drinks and lots of options for our kids! They have the best chai I have ever had. They also have lots of food options with gluten free as well! (Which Dutch bros doesn’t even have food, or at least a good selection because it’s only like 3 things) I honestly think this place blows Starbucks and Dutch Bros out of the water, and is under talked about. The app is user friendly! Try this place and I’m sure you will be converted!!! You won’t regret it.

2. 2/5Terrible update

   Ziggi’s Coffee recently updated the app and the new version makes the user experience worse in my opinion. Rather than just having your card connected through the app, you now have a digital gift card that you have to reload any time you want to place a mobile order. I don’t like this as it’s extra buttons and extra time just for placing a mobile order. I usually am placing an order quickly before I need to leave for work and the clunky new interface of the new app design makes this a bit more inconvenient. They also got rid of tipping on mobile orders.. I think that’s incredibly unfair to the workers that have become used to seeing a certain amount of money on a given day with tips included. Taking away this feature surely will take away a significant amount of money away from your workers (you could argue that the mobile order people can just tip cash when they get there, but I mean let’s be real in a day and age where our entire wallets can be digitally on our phones who’s carrying around a wad of cash?)

   As a person who works in healthcare I have limited time on my breaks/meal times.. that’s why I order almost every time I go in my order has not been completed or still needs to be done. They proceed to do the drive-through orders ahead of my order just to get them out the way. I understand that the line gets long, however I order my meal ahead of time for that reason I don’t know what the problem is or however they seem to skip over my order before anyone else’s, maybe it’s just me problem, but it’s frustrating. like I said, I work in healthcare minutes count and when I’m always receiving five minutes after my order is supposed to be completed. Also, an employee had told me they do the orders however they come in how come my order comes last when I order ahead of people in line and they get there first. This has happened to me multiple times with the same person.

4. 4/5Remove for improvement

   I love having the option to order my drink, drive up (or run in), grab it, and go. However, this feels very much like a beta version. Some recommendations: 1) Add a line for a tip. I like to tip my baristas. I don’t carry cash. The convenience of the app is not needing cash. 2) Add an option for no ice. I don’t like ice in my iced drinks, weird, I know. But please let me have the option to be my weird, no ice self. 3) Please add an option for a glass of water. No, using the app for a glass of water is not profitable, but if I’m getting a prepared drink, no reason I shouldn’t be able to also order a water for my parched lips. 4) Ordering a drink with a pickup time in the future would be amazing!! I often, irresponsibly, order while on the go. It’d be nice to order my drink before I left the house, knowing I’ll be ready for my hot or moderately cold (remember, no ice) shot of caffeine 15 minutes down the road. 5) Having the option of keeping a punchcard on the app would save time!! That’s what this app is all about, right? I spend as much time waiting on a drink or handing over my punch card as if I was paying at the window/register. 6) Have a separate area in the stores to grab the pre-ordered drinks. Yeah, drive thru is hit or miss with having to wait in line, but at the store, it should be a breeze to pop in, grab the correct drink and get out. (I also realize there is room for dishonest people to grab anyone’s drink willy nilly but it seems to be working at the un-named big chain coffee place just fine.) That’s all for now. Great concept, infinite improvement possibilities!

5. 1/5Decreasing quality

   Used to love ziggis. I would come here regularly for years but in the past month or so the quality has dramatically decreased. I just went this morning and I can’t even drink the garbage I was given this time Everytime I go to my closest store the drink is different than the last time. One time is dark brown the next time it looks like a fireside. Other times it’s so watery and the next it’s so thick I can’t drink it. I’ve always ordered the same thing but somehow it just recently cant be done properly. The employees here need to be retrained. They’ve put whipped cream on my drinks when it wasn’t requested and then dumped half of my drink out. They’ve put extra ingredients I paid for in the wrong drink. Luckily the person who got my extra ingredient didn’t have a nut allergy. Tired of wasting my time and money going to a store with such a decrease in quality when Dutchbros and Starbucks are about the same price with much better quality.
