1. 5/5I LOVE THIS APP!!!

   As someone who is a fashion designer myself this is the place to shop if you are looking for those designer and brands you love. Everything is passed seasons but if that doesn’t bother you than you should check it out. Beside most people aren’t going to notice the difference. All they’re going to notice is how well dressed you are. Yoox and glamood have been my best kept secrets for a few years now. I can often find that item that you wanted so badly but may have not been able to afford or sold out at a department store, the boutique or even website when it was running as a current collection. The best part is I able to get it at an insane discount. Which I pride myself on finding my designer clothes ridiculous prices that my friends are often blown away. Sometimes you may have to add an item or items to your dreambox then patiently wait for Flash sale to get it at a price you’re looking to pay or can afford. But in the end if your able to snag it up it’s well worth it. The holidays are definitely a good time to keep your eye on that certain item as they often do random sales. This has caused me to miss out on some great pieces but as allowed me to also purchase some that I would have normally not been able to afford. My shoe collection has grown into something most people would consider to be ridiculous. There customer service is excellent. I’ve never had an issue with doing a return or exchange and in some situations have even done price adjustments for me. if your exchanging for sizes of they’ll hold The size you need to exchange until they receive the other back. Some restrictions may apply just like any other place. So I can’t see how anybody would be disappointed with shopping here. I’ve had nothing but good experiences and have been shopping with them for years now

   Always a pleasure shopping on YOOX website. I never experience issues on this site like I have and do with others. My favs stay in my bag until I decide and even when they are sold out. Checkout has always been smooth with no glitches, even when I can’t decide and I swing items back and forth from cart to favs, then back to cart. The merchandise that I have ordered, and there’s quite a bit, is always as expected and very good quality. Shipping is quick with excellent packaging. The return or exchange process has went smoothly, which I used about 3 times. Always a pleasure reaching a human on the phone when needed and they respond quickly. Other than some items can be pricey, (so I wait for sales or consider something else), I really don’t have any cons here. I find the most unique shoes boots and leather skirts & pants that I just know I won’t see on anyone else wearing. Well thank you for reading my lengthy review

3. 5/5Love YOOX, app could be better

   I guess it works as designed, but it wasn't designed well. 1. The search feature (for all categories; shoes, belts, clothes) is not that robust and wastes a lot of time trying to find my size. For example , you cannot filter by shoe half sizes. I’m 10.5 so I have to search for 10. It wouldn’t be so bad if 10 & 10.5 would display, but many sizes display. It’s like the filter function doesn’t work. 2. Size is not displayed with the thumbnail. And because of #1, you have to select every product whether they have it on your size. It wastes my time and I go back to the website. 3. I started with a rating of 3, but after finishing this review, I moved it down to a two. YOOX, if you paid a consultant to create the app, get your money back. If it was an employee, maybe should look for someone new. 😁

   I cannot tell you how much I love yoox. I do not shop anywhere else! I have pieces from the Milan, and Paris runway! High quality , made in Italy, and of course amazing price! I am literally obsessed with the shopping here, which is a problem! I always get the best complement at work for my outfits and shoes! When I tell my friends about yoox, they don’t believe it. And yes, please keep in mind that sometimes you may get a piece for final sale that has a little scratch or something like that, but you can’t complain when you are getting more than 90%off from a garment! Besides, those cheap fast fashion stores are even more expensive sometimes and they sell trash… Yoox forever!

5. 1/5Horrible customer service / scammers

   They have no option to cancel the order once placed. If you wish to do so you need to contact customer care by email, which I did. They responded swiftly agreeing to cancel and asked me to confirm my full name in order to proceed & cancel. I responded immediately providing the info required. Then they let hours pass and they revert to say that they will ship the order cause it’s in the shipping phase. I check my account and saw the status order is still in preparation mode and it stayed like this for more than 3-4 hours further. So I respond in surprise stating my discontent and letting them know that they are lying. They never respond to me and the next communication I receive is 4 hours later informing me my order was just shipped. I protest again by email saying that obviously they could and even offered to cancel my order but instead chose not to do so, so they can keep my money longer, and again never responded!!! Scammers greedy and bad service!
