1. 5/5Beginners Fell Welcome

   I am new to yoga. I started last year and had to pause my membership for 6 months due to injuries and illness. I’m back at it. I’ve done 3 classes and often have to adjust my poses. I feel supported and welcomed as they say to me….”do what feels comfortable for you. This is your practice and your time. Thank you for being here!”. I do love the instructors, but I have to admit…Alison H is my favorite! She has taught me a lot in just 2 classes…how to breathe through the flow and the purpose of the pose. And love her intention cards that she starts the class with!

2. 3/5Great! (If you're only at ONE Location)

   I have been taking classes from various YogaSix (Y6) studios on and off since 2015. This app works exceptionally well if you are locked into one location, or if you have a pass that allows you to visit various locations. However, this app loses most of its effectiveness when customers do dro-in classes at various locations, like I do frequently. Problem #1: Each time I take a class at a different studio the app does not show me my your cumulative classes. for example, I have taken about 100 classes, but currently the app shows that I have taken one class, because it is only pulling information from one studio. It only pulls information from one studio because it cannot pull information from multiple studios. You need to develop a way to show cumulative classes taken that the customer can access, regardless of which studio is pulled up on the app. Problem#2: Is I have to re-register all Of my information (INCLUDING PASSWORD!) at each studio. Each time I want to take a drop-in class at a new location, I have to register at that location. There needs to be a way to transport all customer data across studios, regardless of type of pass customers have, or in my case, no pass, but drops in frequently. Problem #3: Y6 studio employees have no idea how their app works and cannot assist customers (if the app would be simpler to use for dropping students, then this would not be an issue). If the app developers address these two problems, and then the app would be absolutely amazing! Until then, this drop-in student to multiple locations rates the app 3 stars as it is NOT conveient!

3. 1/5App Does not properly track class amount

   I second everything the last reviewer shared. I have attended over 400 classes and reached the Y6 Warrior status for this, however my original home studio closed down. I have been an unlimited member for 3 years now, and apparently all of my classes were connected to the South Loop Chicago location which no longer exists, even though I have been attending classes at a new studio in Hyde Park for the past two years. I logged out and back into the app today, and suddenly it says I've attended two classes and does not recognize I have a membership at my new home studio in Hyde Park. The app won't let me register for a class at my home studio. The app should offer a way to merge data and track your total number of Y6 classes regardless of which studio location you attend. Please help fix this bug because other than this, Y6 Chicago is the best place!

4. 2/5Can’t Cancel

   The instructor and the class I attended was great. The studio was clean and nice. However, due to my schedule I am unable to attend classes in person unfortunately. It’s nice and easy to purchase subscriptions in the app but good luck figuring out how to cancel them. After paying 3 months for classes I can’t attend I finally decided to just delete my account in the app as there was no cancel subscription anywhere to be found. That was 1 month ago and they just billed me again. I don’t care what they say it does not take 30 days to fully delete my account and stop billing me because it sure only took them a few seconds to create my account and bill my card for the subscription. This is all likely part of some customer retention policy that is very annoying.

5. 1/5Booking is a nightmare

   Recent update no longer saves studios selected previously for booking besides home studio and got rid of filters besides teacher. I do a lot of virtual classes and previously was able to have unlimited studios selected and saved for booking and was able to filter by virtual. Now I would have to manually enter each studio each time I open the app and scroll to find virtually it would take me up to 30mins just to find a class. If this isn’t fixed soon I will sadly have to leave yogasix, this is not something I want to do as I love it but if booking is now this difficult it’s not worth it to me anymore. Also to mention I’ve been a member for almost two years with almost 250 classes taken and am out of town often which is why I do a lot of virtual. Am I the only one with this issue?
