1. 5/5Beginners Fell Welcome

   I am new to yoga. I started last year and had to pause my membership for 6 months due to injuries and illness. I’m back at it. I’ve done 3 classes and often have to adjust my poses. I feel supported and welcomed as they say to me….”do what feels comfortable for you. This is your practice and your time. Thank you for being here!”. I do love the instructors, but I have to admit…Alison H is my favorite! She has taught me a lot in just 2 classes…how to breathe through the flow and the purpose of the pose. And love her intention cards that she starts the class with!

2. 3/5Great! (If you're only at ONE Location)

   I have been taking classes from various YogaSix (Y6) studios on and off since 2015. This app works exceptionally well if you are locked into one location, or if you have a pass that allows you to visit various locations. However, this app loses most of its effectiveness when customers do dro-in classes at various locations, like I do frequently. Problem #1: Each time I take a class at a different studio the app does not show me my your cumulative classes. for example, I have taken about 100 classes, but currently the app shows that I have taken one class, because it is only pulling information from one studio. It only pulls information from one studio because it cannot pull information from multiple studios. You need to develop a way to show cumulative classes taken that the customer can access, regardless of which studio is pulled up on the app. Problem#2: Is I have to re-register all Of my information (INCLUDING PASSWORD!) at each studio. Each time I want to take a drop-in class at a new location, I have to register at that location. There needs to be a way to transport all customer data across studios, regardless of type of pass customers have, or in my case, no pass, but drops in frequently. Problem #3: Y6 studio employees have no idea how their app works and cannot assist customers (if the app would be simpler to use for dropping students, then this would not be an issue). If the app developers address these two problems, and then the app would be absolutely amazing! Until then, this drop-in student to multiple locations rates the app 3 stars as it is NOT conveient!

3. 1/5App Does not properly track class amount

   I second everything the last reviewer shared. I have attended over 400 classes and reached the Y6 Warrior status for this, however my original home studio closed down. I have been an unlimited member for 3 years now, and apparently all of my classes were connected to the South Loop Chicago location which no longer exists, even though I have been attending classes at a new studio in Hyde Park for the past two years. I logged out and back into the app today, and suddenly it says I've attended two classes and does not recognize I have a membership at my new home studio in Hyde Park. The app won't let me register for a class at my home studio. The app should offer a way to merge data and track your total number of Y6 classes regardless of which studio location you attend. Please help fix this bug because other than this, Y6 Chicago is the best place!

   I have a One Pass via my health insurance that indicates I have 4 classes at Yoga Six each month. I went to Yoga Six once and the staff there allowed me access to their class - on their end using my One Pass App- I absolutely loved Yoga Six!! I Have the Yoga Six app on my phone and am a registered patron. For some reason it will not allow me to book the three remaining classes that I thought I was entitled to each month via my One Pass. There’s not an option on Yoga Six booking to utilize One Pass and the Yoga Six app wants me to pay money for a membership. I’ve emailed the yoga six help desk twice and called my home studio- no response. Frustrating experience that overall is taking away from the positive experience that I had with the Yoga Six class.

5. 4/5A few bugs and annoyances

   Overall, this app works great. It does what one would expect, and it's nicely laid out. Two bugs: It doesn't remove the calendar entry for a canceled booking. Still sends reminders for cancelled bookings. Three wishlist items: Needs ability to add a tentative calendar entry for waitlist classes. Should notify people who have booked a class that the instructor or format has changed. No indication that a studio is Premiere. One annoyance: the top 1/3 of the home screen is filled with a sales promotion to bring guests. I wish that could be removed once you get annoyed with it.
