"body": "I don’t ever leave app stores reviews but after reading some of the most recent ones left about this wallet I just had to leave one. Look maybe you all or making the mistake and using that marketplace area where you pay a higher per coin price using PayPal do not do that. You can buy using Transak right inside this wallet I had my crypto within minutes and then I suggest you promptly move it into your cold storage wallet of choice i’m currently using the Ledger Nano s+ keep in mind something like 10.2 coins have to remain in this hot Wallet at all times as a reserve but that’s a small price to pay. I found entire process fast easy and straightforward and well worth the $.99 to support this project and of course remove the ads",

"body": "I had an issue with a buyer committing theft of my XRP by cancelling the transaction with PayPal after the transfer went through. PayPal was horrible to deal with. The issue was squarely with the buyer and PayPal. Despite the issue not having to do with XRP Wallet, they were incredibly responsive and aggressive in remedying the issue. They restored my XRP in less than 24 hours from notifying them. I have never experienced customer service at such a high level, especially when it comes to cryptocurrency. Absolutely recommend this app!",

"title": "THE HUGE Problem with app is they only use PayPal.",
"body": "PayPal is very bad news all around. The XRPWallet only accepts PalPal for transactions buy/sell. In setting up a PayPal account for the sole purpose of providing transactional functions when buying or selling XRP via this app and one experiences nothing short of a sad disaster. This is no ‘tech error’ on PayPal’s part claiming ‘unverified’ account at the same time the XRP market is raising. This action is about the XRP app controlling the ability for small investors to make quick transactions via the app, when the market is favorably for one. The customer service dept at the XRP Wallet is clearly hiding instructions. Questions that ordinarily have been very simple and clear, easy and straight forward, does not exist anymore. Do not get this app you’ll regret it. They are a very unacceptable company.",

"body": "I got logged out recently and I was in a major panic. I couldn’t remember how to recover my account. After about 30 minutes of pure panic I reached out to customer service for assistance. Their response was fast, within a few minutes and my account was recovered. Word to the wise, go to you account settings and go through the backup process, write down all of your info!",

This means you will no longer be able to use our services. Please note that internal policies are confidential in nature; hence, we will not be able to disclose any information at this point. This will not impact your wallet; you will therefore be able to top up in other ways. Our decision is final, and we will not be able to disclose further details.",
