1. 1/5Cannot get into the app

   I cannot get into the app. It keeps telling me that I’m using an older version and I need to update so I click accept and it brings me to the App Store to update but my only option is to open and when I open it, BIG SURPRISE….It says that I need to update. 🤬 This is a joke! I need to pay my bill but I can’t because I can’t get on their stupid website or use the stupid app. If I had a choice to go anywhere else for the services that I need and not have to deal with Xpress Bill Pay, I would do it in a second. I absolutely recommend using another service if you can. 😡🤬‼️

2. 2/5Transaction Fee is RIDICULOUS

   Convenience of being able to pay via your phone? Cool. But the transaction percentage is atrocious!!!! I figured because they office DOESN’T want people to go inside to pay anymore and the middle man was taken out we would just be responsible for the amount on the bill. I was charged an additional $8 just to pay using the app. I don’t like going into the office because the people working there make you feel like an inconvenience if you want to pay in person. MAKE THE TRANSACTION GO AWAY OR MAKE IT LOWER! IT’S RIDICULOUS!!!!!

3. 2/5Poorly designed BillPay site

   This site doesn’t allow for users to see their password as they type it on their phone for security purposes. That security feature insure that strangers can’t login to your account and pay you water bill and it insure that you don’t know if you have a typo from fat fingering your password on your phone. Additionally you can this app doesn’t pull your full water bill up by default so you never see your total bill until GHID feels compelled to send out a delinquency bill. GHID would be wise to enable users of the XPress bill pay service able to see their total balance.

   Enjoy using this app because I can pay anywhere and keep an eye on when it’s due. The only thing I would change is the time frame on when to pay the bill. I think it needs to show up a week before the due date instead of on the date the bill is due

5. 1/5Express bill pay

   Is there another way I can pay my bill besides through the app ? I’m getting tired of being charged a two dollars fee to pay a bill. It just seems like the bill is already high and you are nickel and diming me on a service charge. And the last five months I’ve gone from having three people in the house to one person in the house. I still can’t believe that my water and sewer bill that high, especially when I’m not using as much water for baths wash and dishwasher. Are you guys actually? Reading the meter or are you just guesstimating? What do you think the bill should be. I’d like a full assessment on how this is done and what my bill actually should be.
