1. 3/5Overall good but lacking in key areas

   The good: the app is easy to use and the charts are good but definitely not at the level of the original Webull app. Moving averages, Bollinger bands, rsi, macd and the basic indicators are all included which is a plus! Transferring money into the app is easy and secure. The mostly commonly used crypto is on the app but many that imo should be included sadly are not. The bad: there seems to be a delay in the price by as much as 24 hours when opening the app, it can take up to 30 seconds to correct. The spread to buy crypto is very wide, when you buy you can not buy at the current price you have to buy at a much higher price leaving you in the red immediately after purchasing. If you place a sell order be prepared for them to cancel it the same day. The price can hit your sell order number but unless the ask price hits your number, it will not sell and you will be stuck holding and waiting (that is if they don’t cancel your order. When you switch time frames you will also have to zoom in every time as they zoom out every time which can be annoying. Customer service is also difficult to contact and the response time is slow. In conclusion: overall the app is easy to use and the charts are better then most but I believe they are still lacking the from the original app.

   You can not edit or even view your current positions while creating a trade. Of three ways to view your stock position, not one of them includes showing your paid price, which of course is a real hassle when you’ve got a bunch of different stocks and you’ve gotta go back-and-forth. There’s no instant buying when depositing cash. I’ve 23 platforms I’ve never experienced such “haphazard” organization”. You can’t just throw a bunch of GUI on a screen and make it seem like the user has complete control with and see that it’s lazy and educated than considerate and productive This day and age with the cryptocurrency and AI that we trade, I have to wait 5 days for a deposit to settle when MY BANK sends and receives INSTANTLY. Plus,several other issues I’m not gonna waste anymore time explaining. Just know this has nothing to do with your trading proficiency and everything to do with NLP and subpar organization and creation. Americants like it. FYI, I used to be a stockbroker and also in IT, psychology and house/clothing/AND website design! I’m not usually so crass, but got tired of emailing them with no signs of progression or even responses to questions. Watch - they’ll reply here! MORE reason not to give them my money.

3. 1/5Extremely overbearing and inept

   I don’t think it ever occurs to these band wagon companies that most people have busy lives. I invested in Bitcoin a couple years ago now through this app. (Biggest mistake of my life) I lost basically a small fortune and have pretty negative feelings towards that. Especially this company! There’s absolutely zero support they didn’t say anything I just check one day boom!!! All my monies gone. Bitcoin crashed your hosed . I understand some risk but the way I was done I would consider it criminal and I’ve been trying to cash out the little bit of money left and let me tell you it’s been one of the worst experiences in my life! I’ve emailed “support” probably a dozen times and I get a automatic reply. So here I am still not being able to even see the remaining balance I can’t withdraw. Fix this asap. I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB and every social media company in existence. Makes me wonder when Bitcoin supposedly crashed how it’s possible that this company can still be in business. I hope more people that invested unite and launch a investigation about the practices that are going on here. I know I’m going to be making some calls and doing everything I possibly can to have this company investigated.

4. 1/5Scam! Careful they will hold your money for months!

   I had my funds migrated from the traditional Webull to Webull Pay Crypto baecause part of my investments consisted of crypto… First you have no statements here so good luck proving anything outside of here! Webull Pay decided to withhold my funds for 60+ days asking for proof of where the money came from when it was migrated last year and they could clearly see the money was there… still went ahead and sent CLEAR proof and NOTHING!!! THEY JUST WANT TO HOLD YOUR MONEY THERE! YOU WILL DENIE YOU ACESS TO YOUR OWN MONEY FOR OVER 60 DAYS NO QUESTIONS OR APPEAL!!! as I submitted trade and bank statements prior to them where it clearly showed the origin of the funds and because their customer service is ONLY VIA APP MESSAGE AND NO PHONE CALL OR EMAIL TO TRACK, they were very quick in saying sorry but this is our policy and we will keep your money for months until we decide you can have access again!!! Use Robinhood for your crypto wallet needs! They will not hold your funds in case you need in the future, they provide you with clear monthly statements and no hidden and it’s much easier to use it! Even banks won’t do what Webull Pay Crypto did! Very difficult to find an attorney to suit them because every communication is “IN APP”, NO STATEMENTS… I asked for a letter of funds migration they kept telling me I received via email… I asked for a copy because I never saw this email and was denied a copy!!! I was told to go back and look again in my email even though I repeatedly stated I didn’t find the proof of migration funds letter!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS APP! MANY BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE!!!

5. 2/5Difficult to manage trades

   I was pleased with the integration of Webull Pay into TradingView, but there are two problems that are a deal breaker for me. First, they don’t allow you to set your Take Profit or Stop Losses, making managing trades difficult. Secondly, they have a limited number of cryptos to trade as compared to other brokers that are supported by TradingView. So close to being the perfect broker to pair with TradingView, yet it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. Also, I was unable to login to the mobile app because it told me I was using incorrect data. I triple check that I wasn’t and even changed my password, yet it still wouldn’t let me in. There shouldn’t be this many problems with broker integration, and for those reasons, I must find another platform.
