1. 4/5It’s better than the weather app that comes on the iPhone, but still not great

   The images make it hard to read some of the numbers at times. Also, the app will randomly disconnect while you’re looking up cities or scrolling up or down on the page you’re on. It’s more accurate than the app that came with my phone, but it’s a little inconvenient.

2. 1/5BE AWARE We Cannot Turn Off Invasive Location Tracking

   With too many apps we are the product. Apple needs to start protecting the people who bought their products and keep them in business. 22 February 20:24 PM update. Not only can you Not turn off the invasive Location Tracking they admit to sharing your personal information with other companies. Companies they don't even own. Data Used to Track You The following data may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies: >Usage Data Data Linked to You The following data may be collected and linked to your identity: >Usage Data When I read the "Data Used to Track You" & "Data Linked to You" my first question was why do they need this information? Ten seconds of research and I found out it is a global company and their specialties, then I decided I really, really don't want to participate. Apple is complicit. DELETE. They have other over the top invasive location tracking apps. Be aware. 22 February 2024 AM. I downloaded this app and set it up for my city. I turned off location tracking because I want the weather in my local city not the city where my IP address originates. There appears to be no way to delete the IP address city. The widget always defaults back to the IP address city. I don't like being tracked, that's why I want to put in a city. What if I want to watch the weather in my vacation destination? I deleted the app and reinstalled it but that didn't fix the problem. It's a beautiful app, and I would like to keep it but Tracking is not acceptable. I certainly won't be $upporting them if they are going to track me. I'm going to delete it again and download it 10 or 15 minutes later. Hopefully it will forget to track me.

3. 5/5LOVE IT!

   This app allows me to flip to my favorite places to know the weather at any time and I get all the information I would like to know even to wind chill and Dew point. I can add a city to my list that I plan to travel to and watch the weather. I love all the information in it and the fact I can have multiple areas in my profile. Thanks, it’s the best!

4. 4/5Lots of info but the background image is too strong

   Love the map and details, but the background image needs to be muted. In my case I get a photo of an historical sign with lots of print on it, making it really hard to read the data. My recommendation would be to fade the background image down (to 10-15%?) so it's really a background, not a competitor.

5. 4/580% as good as the old Yahoo Weather

   After many years of using Yahoo Weather and being an evangelist for that amazing app, they went and changed it. That is to say, they RUINED it!!! I looked at dozens of replacements and this one has about 80% of what made the old Yahoo Weather app so great. Since there way for me to downgrade back to the old Yahoo Weather, I’ll have to learn to be content with 80%.
