I had to cancel the booking due to incorrect data and I just used the chat interface for help and it was addressed quickly. The app is better than any call center. Service response is next to none.

5/5Useful and Precise
This VR app makes commuting between cities and towns so easy! It has a nice layout and it works really well. You can check the different timetables, buy your tickets (normal, student, +pet, +bike, etc) and be wherever you need to be, on time. Very reliable. I use it daily.

Nicely designed app. The only thing is that it’d be nice to be able to change the seat for a booked ticket from anywhere in the app where you can see your assigned seat. Instead of the blue pop saying ‘change in Change Seat section’ which is impossible to find in the app.

The railway system was a bit confusing since its new to me. But the app made purchasing and changing tickets pretty easy.
