"title": "Glitches & Horrible Support",
"body": "I love all the features in the app and how it’s designed. Well... until you actually get around to saving the video. Once you save the video, it’s like they put all the edits in a Yahtzee cup, shake em’ all up, then dump them back out into your video. In more generic terms, during the saving process for your videos, the edits get all switched up and put in completely random spots that make your saved video look absolutely terrible. The worst part is, I spent a good amount of time editing the video before I saved it. RIP to that time... I also paid a small sum of $5 to remove the watermark before I saved the video, expecting everything to work smoothly bc I mean how hard is it to save a video the way you want it to be saved? (In Vizmato’s case, it’s absolutely impossible) Once I came to this hard truth after trying 3 more times by making separate edits, I decided to contact Vizmato’s support to get my $5 back. Instead of simply being upfront with me, they began asking me all sorts of questions about what exactly went wrong during the saving process and eventually made me send them proof (this took a week and a half of emailing back and forth each day). And FINALLY after answering all their questions and sending them proof, they respond by telling me they can’t refund my money and that I will have to go through Apple support for that process. Vizmato stole time from me that I’ll never get back, and for that Vizmato... you can all go eat a sock. My experience with your Filipino support team was worse than when I got picked last at recess for kickball in the 3rd grade. With that being said, if they decide to stop sitting around twiddling their thumbs and make this VERY EASY fix to their app, I will gladly use it bc as I said in the beginning, I love the features and design of the app.",

"title": "Great app but Crashes a lot.",
"body": "I spent 1 hr the first time editing. It froze and I was forced to exit. I attempted 4 more times and when I tried to save it , it showed 100 % done but was still loading. Eventually it crashed and all my stuff was lost for the 5th time. I’m feeling some type of way. Im responsible for so many people having this app yet I’m having the most problems with it more than any of my apps. Went from my top app to “I’m not sure about it”. I have room and And all. The 4th attempt I used even less effects and still froze. Other than that (5 stars on the board) but because so much of my time was waisted I rated at 2. Best of luck to removing this glitch.",

"body": "I’m not sure if this is jus me or more but I purchased the lifetime version TWICE and even the 6 month once all in hopes it would finally let me use the pro effects. Yes, it was dumb for me to try to purchase the same thing 3 different times when I didn’t receive it after the first time, but I used this app years ago and the effects were great. I came back thinking this app would be as good as back then but I was very wrong. Waste of time. Maybe if they gave you what you paid for it would be good but until then….1 Star.",
