   Vivian connected me with CoreMedical Group which were some of the greatest, most supportive people I have ever worked with. Vivian technology and CoreMedical Group were supportive through the whole job search process and even dealing with some unusual circumstances, but Vivian kept the communications open and flowing until my position was completely secured. I just can’t give enough positive feedback about Vivian staff and CoreMedical Group personnel professionalism, prompt return of calls, texts, and emails. Vivian is a great tool and it helped me find a job in a few days after looking on my own for a few years. I started my new job and I love it. Choose carefully and if you just want the best choose Vivian and couple that with CoreMedical Group and move forward. Don’t hesitate and stay in a job you don’t like or want, there are tons of jobs out there and Vivian with CoreMedical can help you find the best fit. You will have to do quite a bit of paperwork but it is certainly worth it for more pay, better benefits and a happier work life. Weather your a PT, OT, SLP, RD, LPN, or RN, I strongly urge you to give Vivian a hard look and give CoreMedical Group a chance and see what comes up. 2. 5/5Changing the travel nursing game

   I love that I can essentially load up my profile and apply to a multitude of jobs from multiple companies and sort those jobs by specifics of state, shift, pay, permanent or travel jobs. I was doubtful at first but as I navigate the app and prepare to actively submit for multiple jobs I am very hopeful about the jobs that have been presented. I’ll have to update once I accept. It is also my litmus test about what the market is doing in areas that I wanna travel to. Makes it very easy to compare jobs from recruiters were actively reaching out to me from the same hospitals that are noted on here and either ask for an increase in pay if another agency is offering other benefits such as bonuses etc.

3. 3/5Good but needs an update

   I do like this app, it’s a great place to see a very broad view of what contracts are out there but my biggest complaint is you can’t see what specialty the contract is on any of them so when you click interested you have to ask the recruiter and I work pediatrics which is not the specialty it’s an patient age range (most recruiters say that’s the specialty) but there’s still oncology and cardio and neuro or med/surg units within pediatrics and if the recruiters were required to put the specialty in for each listing it would save us all a lot of time. I feel like I’m wasting the recruiters time because I have to ask every-time, and then I can’t even apply if I don’t have experience in that specialty anyway so we just waisted each others time by me having to have this conversation on every single listing I see that I might be interested in. If that could be an app update for pediatric travelers that would be really nice!

4. 3/5The system ignores filtering

   I have found a couple of jobs through Vivian, so yes, it is a legitimate job board, but the problem is the same job is posted multiple times with different recruiters for different pay packages, sometimes with the same agency, sometimes with different agencies. The other problem is when I put in my filters, the name of city and state where I’m looking, instead of showing nearby cities, it will show cities in other states with similar names. Then it will tell me that I’ve applied when I’ve only requested info. Then when it says apply to similar jobs, it will apply me to other jobs on different units that are different from my specialty, but with similarities that shouldn’t matter like a similar sounding city name in a different state. It seems obvious to me that this app is automated by either AI or Something, not human.

   CareRev started out great: it was easy to pick up shifts, the pay was good… but now they’re moving to W2 from 1099 in WA and the pay is dropping significantly. They’re marketing the change like it’s a good thing, but it doesn’t seem to benefit the heathcare providers who are picking up shifts at all. This also means more paperwork, and onboarding with People 2.0… Either labor laws in WA forced CareRev to make this change (in which care I wish they would have been honest and said ‘sorry, we have to do this’ OR it’s better for their bottom line. Maybe both. In any case it’s a net-negative for the workers. Also, AYA either owns or is affiliated with People 2.0… They seem to have their tendrils everywhere. Not a fan.

   It is set up for the benefit of recruiters. NOT the ones looking for a contract. You will be bombarded if you simply ask one question, and immediately this site will trick you into sending out multiple "applications" when you do ask a question. You don't realize that when you hit the "start a conversation" button, you are applying. Recruiters are savages and Vivian is set up for them to do their hunting. I need to come up with a site that is more for the worker, not the blood thirsty hunter.
