   I like it. Intelycare is easy to use and have many opportunities. Getting started does take some time but once you’re in, you’re good. It can be inconvenient to the employee when the facility cancels at ANYTIME, which makes me wish there was a limit, like jobs should not be able to cancel at least two hours before shift starts, thus giving the nurse time to find another opening. But this isn’t the reason why i gave 4 stars instead of 5. The reason i gave intelycare 4 stars is because I work for multiple agencies and they offer direct pay to ALL your earnings not just half and You can access it that same day or any day that pay period. This whole third party app thing “DAILY PAY” is kind of annoying. Also, if you worked during a pay period then the next pay period starts, you have no access to your earnings until that following week. HOW INCONVENIENT AND UNFORTUNATE is that. Give me access to all my earnings immediately or after 24 hours.

2. 5/5Shocked At The Negative Reviews!

   I’ve been with IntelyCare for over a year. Yes, cancellations happen. That’s expected with agency. I’ve had times where I’ve shown up to my shift and not needed BUT you get paid for 3 hours! AND have to option to pick up at another place for the same shift. Those people that are complaining about being penalized for canceling, Would you do that at a permanent job? Pick up then cancel? You need to be reliable! Yes, majority of these places we go to are pretty bad and short staffed, BUT why do you think they need Agency? If you picked up a shift, you committed to it. Period. If you cancel, you WILL get penalized and moved down a level but not until the 3RD cancellation. Don’t work for them if you are unreliable and flakey. Go get a permanent job and be flakey and see what happens. This company is great and the pay is great! Yes I’ve gone to some horrible places, but I complete my shift! If I never want to go back to that horrendous facility. I don’t have to. Grow up and be responsible adults. If there wasn’t a penalty for cancelling, I could only imagine the reputation this agency would have. I’ve been a nurse for 6 years and have NEVER called off. I get it, things happen. But get your priorities straight. This Is an AWESOME company to work for. Don’t listen to these negative reviews. Try it for yourself if you are a dependable caring human being.

   I’ve been with IntelyCare for about three years now and what I love about IntelyCare is that they’re one of the top Agency out here today. I am with several other Agency and there’s none like IntelyCare. They keep us with good shifts and rates, on top of that I get to meet a lot of new people and they also try to have like a meet and greet where we meet other IntelyPro’s. Fun part is sometimes we may have already met them working out in the field but overall I think it’s a great Agency to work for.

   The HARDEST app to get onto. I have tried the onboarding process several times now but they are just too strict. I’ve submitted my physical and they stated they needed the doctors credentials on it, which it is and I circled it for them and they still reject it. It has just about all his information besides his social and home address? I also submit an inquiry asking what’s the problem and they never reply. They also keep telling me to put in my references and I wasn’t sure why it kept getting rejected until I found out they send a text instead of call. For all the information they require and how professional they expect you to act, they could at least call. My main reference, a doctor I work for, is very old school and does not text so it kept getting rejected because he did get the text. Overall, a very difficult experience to get on the app for absolutely no reason. I’ve easily got accepted into five other apps but this one just has a stick up it’s a…

   It’s a really cool concept but needs a whole lot of work. 1. If you live in a rural area there’s very few shifts open and at only one or two facilities that participate with the app. So you’re competing against many other people. 2. You HAVE to submit a PPD, chest x-ray wasn’t accepted and I submitted their questionnaire but they never responded. 3. You’re obligated to pay for ALL tests and the physical. They don’t pay for the ppd or physical so you’ll need to have money as a “start up” cost. This is just for people who already have full time or part time jobs with money coming in but for some mysterious reason their jobs don’t allow overtime. (Which everyone’s does.) I can see now why many of my nursing friends looked into these apps and then… went and got a full time job elsewhere.
