Great! I am able to sch. Blood drive appointments very easy. App is easy to use. Has my information if I need it to view. I wish they would add a little more health information that would be nice to know since you are donating your blood. You might as well have them do a health check on it, that is the least yall could do. Other than that nothing really more to say other than please quit calling me to donate! I will donate when I chose to do so when it is convent for me and works with my schedule. No need to call me, save your time and money. I will block calls.

4/5Works, but could use some polish
It’s little things like how the calendar doesn’t update available times when you switch days, you have to pick a different time of day (morning, afternoon, evening) for available times to refresh. And if you don’t tap right on the titles for those tabs, nothing happens. I am always missing the right spot and have to tap a few times to get it right. Text gets cut off for when I’m next able to donate, and the notification text, currently about winning a car, is all blurry. Fixing some small issues will make the app feel way more user friendly.

4/5Save Fast Track automatically
For the most part, easy app to work with. I would like to see a feature where after completing a Fast Track it would save it for you and keep it for a while, maybe like until it expires? Currently, I have to either download it myself, take a screenshot, or email. Which is a small hassle. It would be cool to hit a Fast Track history button and see the one I just completed earlier when I get to the donation center.

I used to be a regular donor, but using the app is such a hassle that I've cut down on donations. There is no way to sort or limit the search by date. And each drive listed doesn't show you the date. It show you the location and the hours, but not the actual day. If I want to donate soon I have to click on each drive to find out when it is. Having to click through four or five that are weeks or months out is frustrating. So I give up and keep my O neg for myself. The Red Cross app in contrast always shows the date and both lets you set date ranges, sort by date, and always lists the date of the drive on the list (it doesn't in the map which is annoying).

3/5It’s giving free UX academy project
It’s fine. The jumping blood logo is nauseating. The gradient is fine. I appreciate the security measures, but I resent them. I don’t want to be logged out ever. I really hate the booking process. I understand that there might be technical restrictions to pulling up appointments, but in my opinion, it should be very easy to change: - the type of donation appointment - the location of the appointment Ideally, I’d like to be able to select when I’d like to donate, then see what types of appointments are available and where. It should be easy to swap between these parameters.
