1. 5/5Love the app but I found a bug

   I use this app all the time for converting my MKV videos to MP4 so that I can edit them on my iPhone and it works perfectly for that. The conversion is fast, simple, and I have not noticed any significant loss in quality. Happily upgraded to Pro as thanks to the developer for giving me such a useful tool. But I recently tried out the video compression features and I encountered a problem: when you compress a 4k video and leave the output resolution as also 4k, you cannot save the resulting video to your Camera Roll. If the output is changed to HD resolution (1080p) then the compressed video is fine and can be saved. But keeping it as 4k, you can only save it to your iCloud files. It can still be played without any trouble, but Camera Roll won’t accept it. As some video editing apps won’t let you import from Files and you can only use Camera Roll, it creates a problem. Being a tech nerd who loves troubleshooting, I spent the last hour or so testing this with various 4k and HD videos, compressing them with a variety of different settings and keeping detailed notes and screenshots of the results. To the developer: I love your app and I would love to help make it better by bringing this bug to your attention. I will gladly share the information that I’ve gathered if it will help you to address this issue. I investigated pretty thoroughly and I think what I’ve found will be useful. 2. 5/5simple, fast, works

   I have the premium subscription. I got this to convert movie/video files to audio and it's great for that. As for film and video, if you're completely new to this sort of thing there IS a learning curve but after some playing around with it, I was able to take video that had been broken up into shorter clips and seamlessly merge them back together. I can't even recall exactly how I did it now and would probably make the same mistakes at first while trying to jog my memory, but when you know what you're doing, this is a handy, worthwhile little app. There's a lot more I haven't even explored. If you regularly play music files on various devices and have issues with file compatibility on different devices, this will solve your problem.

3. 5/5Disregard my previous post it’s a bug

   When you convert a file to MP4 from AVI you can’t play the file from the folder it puts it in because it’s a temporary folder that the program uses. You try and play the file from that folder and it will relaunch the program thinking that you are converting it. You have to either copy or move it to another folder. Moved the output from the temporary folder into my Chrome Downloads folder and it played just fine. The author needs to have a way in the app itself to either move or copy your output to another folder. Maybe in settings you could specify a default outlet folder.

4. 5/5Awesome converter, easy to use app, only missing a star because it can’t run in background

   This converter works perfect. I use my phone as a media streaming device and I have a lot of movies in many formats that won’t stream to my chrome cast. This app lets me convert any file I throw at it into exactly the codec I need. It also processes audio very fast! The only downside is that the app needs to be open to work. I imagine there’s limitations to how much CPU something running in the background can use but I hope there’s a way around this. Other than that this app is perfect?

5. 5/5The easiest Video converter to use

   I tried using all of the highly rated video converters and none of them worked for me. Then, I saw this one on the App Store, and not only did it work, it worked quickly. When I tried using the other apps, they took really long and they didn’t even end up working! This is definitely the best video converter app, highly underrated/ underused. Definitely recommend.
