   Been using VetTix for years - now an awesome program is even better thanks to the app. I don’t get some of the negative reviews. Are some shows “no camera allowed”? Yes. So you improvise/adapt/overcome - take your photo outside the venue in front of the marquee. We’ve done it a few times. Never a problem. App crashes? Reset your phone. It’s not the app, it’s your phone. Problems with your account. Yes, there’s no phone number to call - but reach out via Facebook or email. They are pretty responsive for a non-profit. As I said, been using them for years and never had an issue that couldn’t be resolved easily. Follow their Facebook page and you’ll be good to go.

2. 1/5Horrible changes in new update

   The new update came with a surprising new changes that I was not expecting and had left me losing Vistula coins for the last 3 events I went to. The app dies not allow me to upload picture, type a “thank you message” and does not work unless I am at the venue. Yesterday, at the venue, I took my picture turned the 2 buttons and left it alone to type message after the game then all was gone within the 3 hours supposedly I had to do the message when I was home tried to do it all over again but since I am no longer at the venue I can’t do anything be a use the app says I am not at the venue! Bad update as well as confusing!

3. 2/5Bad roll out / glitchy

   I understand some of the reasons their going app based but it so annoying at times. You’ll get a notification for tickets and click on it, go to the event, attempt to get the tickets, get kicked to the website through the app, asked to verify credentials, get back to the tickets then looped back again through an endless loop, I wind up going to the website (in my web browser) just to get them in this case but I know one day I’ll miss out on high demand tickets due to this endless loop glitch. It’s convenient for feedback is about all other then that I prefer the website 100%.

4. 3/5Vettix Great, App not so much

   Vettix is a great organization and deserves 5+ stars however the review is for their VetTix app which is not so great. The app is an improvement compared to their online portal. The “Events” lists on the app lets you scroll to see open events but the event title on every third or fourth listing is overwritten by the previous listing (usually an ad banner) which makes the listing unreadable until you open the details page. My bigger issue is that VetTix doesn’t offer a way to submit app feedback, hence this review on the App Store

5. 4/5Love the service, but the app has some growing pains

   I appreciate the fact that we have an app now, it makes it easier for me to find events, get notified of events, and access my tickets. However, the new feature that requires you to take a photo at the event and requires you to type up The thank you before you can save the photo, is stressful and difficult. Can we get a saved draft feature that allows us to save the photo and location data and come back to write the thank you later? I attended an event last night that required us to lock up our cell phones for the duration of the event. Thus, my friends, and I were unable to take the photo until after the event, while standing outside in the cold at 11 PM. Having to type up the message right then, while standing in the cold, while my friends waited for me, was stressful. Thus, my thank you message was brief generic. Allowing us to save the photo and come back for the message later would make this less stressful, safer (for events like last night, where I couldn’t get my phone back until we went outside), and more accessible.
