1. 5/5Great way to save your photos and videos

   App works great to import files from your photo stream. Security works well too. BUT when you rename a video youcan no longer play it. I’ve sent 2 emails requesting assistance but response yet. I even upgraded to the pay version but no luck. I would definitely upgrade my review if I can get assistance. Ok so follow up to the above. Developer responded to me. Great! You can only change the name of the file is you put your description first and keep the file name given by the app. A little wonky but doable. Thanks again for responding with a solution!

2. 3/5Big "ouch" on the "surprise" ads...

   Really despise those "surprise" ads... I completely understand the need for ads (revenue), but not this format. I would like to suggest banner ads instead, at the top or bottom of the screen. This "surprise ad" format has always felt like an underhanded and cheap way to get ad views; right as you go to tap something, an ad appears, thus making you tap IT instead. Highly despised. However, if you want to keep the full-screen ads, I play a casual town-building game that handles these rather gracefully, by all rights: The full-screen ads appear every 15-20 minutes, however... Before they appear, a small countdown banner appears on the left side of the screen, giving a full ten seconds to finish an action before then showing the ad. I've yet to see any other game (or app, for that matter) use that system; as someone who hates those "surprise" ads, it's a considerate warning that I greatly appreciate. I'm quite fond of this app by this point, and would much rather not uninstall over these. I look forward to seeing your solution. :) (NOTE: If you want to see this system in action, the game in question is Townsmen, by HandyGames. No, I'm not trying to trick you into playing! :D )

3. 5/5Easy to use and tech support does respond quickly, when needed

   This app is so easy to use, it’s just like a regular filing structure. Make folders and save stuff in them. Whatever you want to save. The contents sync across devices so I can retrieve information whatever device I’m using. I did make a mistake when setting up a master password. I wasn’t locked out because I knew my PIN. But I wanted to fix the password just in case. Tech support responded right away and helped me reset it without losing any information. This is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!!!

   Pros: - Yes, you can store photos and videos secretely. - Has an entire private browser (WOAHHHH) (And no it’s not linked to your google account so you can do whatever without the 2 intervening with one another) - You can make your own custom folders -Overall very user-friendly - You can set your own password - Cons (Frankly what is to be expected, not necessarily a criticism but a reminder): - There are ads, but there not the video kind and you can click off immediately and they do not show up often. - There is a limit to what you can put in the “vault” (Can’t remember the limit but it’s not too bad) And this is only the quantity rather than the storage put in. So you could put in like a 3 hour video and they wouldn’t care. (I think). Of course, this will affect your storage though. -There’s a bunch of premium features but not enough to intervene with whatever you’re doing

   The app is very good but there is limit of downloading 20 file only every time, it will be helpful if it’s opened and no restricton on this feature. Thanks Another good feature if the user can export photos and videos back to photo library. When we should expect these two features to finalized
