   I woke up to a flat tire…so I just got dropped off with my son to get a repair kit from Walmart …to get it fixed by purchasing a few things and this ride made my day so much easier…and smoother especially because the driver was very understanding and had a relaxing and respectful aura…

   I tried to let some things slide when I first started using the service but there was some things that didn’t make sense to me like why are drivers being way too personal in their assigned vehicles as if it were they’re cars, having people who aren’t supposed to be in the car in the car, drug use in the van and people making personal stops non related to the job. I’ve had drivers say that they took me to my location but drove right past me and didn’t pick me up. There has also been a lot of aggression from drivers, they don’t drop you off where you’re going and do not care about the conditions they drop you off in and then when you tell them about it they get defensive saying that this is where they’re supposed to drop you at. Customer service doesn’t do anything when you make a complaint they don’t reprimand the drivers at all, the passengers just have to continue to tolerate it because the drivers feel like they can get away with it. We need better pick up conditions for riders and dignity from the company

   Bro I promise you this much I have never written a review on any app before in my life but this one made this post possible not only is it very difficult to get a ride but if you want one you better book it hours in advance which by the way you CANT DO at the most you can book an hour in advance. At first I was just letting it slide like screw it I know a lot of people are using this app so it’s probably gonna be a wait, FINE! I still schedule an hour in advance and make an appointment so that I can be there in time I why is it that I have to wait not in my time frame but a whole hour and a half wait this is ridiculous. I called them and asked why it said 15 min at first for when they arrived and updated to 65 min I’m upset they basically told me that it just is what it is the person before me ordered a scheduled ride but got their ride so my ride was pushed back DO NOT USE THIS APP UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO AND YOU CANT AFFORD LYFT OR UBER. Great way to get people to use your app now I’m missing my appointment and I’m screwed thank you.

4. 1/5Worse transportation ever

   This is the worst transportation ever!! I set up transportation on behalf of my elderly aunt with Valdosta On Demand for a doctors appointment,that they were supposed to drop her off and pick her up after her appointment. My aunt calls and was told to call back in 10 minutes because they did not have a Driver for her. She calls back in 10 more minutes and yet again she was told to call back because they did not have a driver to pick her up from her doctors appointment. These people left my elderly aunt stranded at her doctors appointment with no ride to get home because we were all at work! She texted me and told me that she was crying because she had no way home!! WARNING WARNING WARNING…..Use silver or a taxi before using on demand!!! So unprofessional and thank God nothing happened to my aunty because it would have been bad for Valdosta On Demand!!! Be aware!!! Go elsewhere

5. 1/5worst service ever

   this is actually the most terrible service i’ve ever seen. you have MAYBE a 50/50 chance of getting a ride or them having “technical difficulties” and the app just not working. several times i’ve booked a ride and it went through but then cancels itself because “high demand”, and it’ll stay “high demand” until they close, which is at 9. so if you work night shift, you just won’t get a ride home at all. but even if you do get a ride it’s always 30-45 min wait. and they don’t even pick you up from your house. you have to walk like 5 min out of your way for them to pick you up or they’ll just take off. sure it $2 a ride but you definitely pay for what you get. i would rate them no stars if i could
