   At first I was grateful to find this app as I couldn’t find my controller. As soon as I downloaded I was slapped w a paywall, and I was like hmm, I saw the little x on the corner and I was like okay nice. I read over the subscription and I was like well I only need it for one tv and no advanced controlling literally just the volume, then after pressing 4 times every time I click I get the paywall. No matter what button… it just another money grab app. And after reading the reviews and their replies it just proves my point. It’ll charge you .29 ¢ and then charge you 9.99 a week which is 40 dollars a month! FOR A CONTROLLER, no thanks. I’ll find my controller!

2. 1/5You WILL get charged!

   Thinking that you’ll just try it and cancel before free trial ends? Nope! Not that easy! Very sneaky, underhanded and unethical company. (Pls forget your auto phony response to this review) Even if it works, you don’t get all functions in the limited short free trial. Then $10 a WEEK auto withdraw. Thought I had canceled , uninstalled app- then the next month I realized I had been charged 6x ($60).. then went into phone settings, saw that it was still listed as a subscription (somehow..?). Turned that off. Nope continued to be charged. I had to cancel my debit card & get another to stop it. Ridiculous

3. 1/5🚨WARNING‼️ABSOLUTELY NO FREE FEATURES! LIES! DECEPTION!!! INTENTIONALLY MISINFORMED. 0/⭐️ deserved.

   Downloaded this app, paired it with my TV, and never even got the chance to use the so-called “free features.” Every single button I press redirects me to a subscription screen. Volume isn’t free. Changing the channel isn’t free. NOTHING is free. This is manipulation, an intentional scam and deception. This is happening way too often across the App Store, and we’re forming an organization to pressure Apple to hold developers accountable for misleading descriptions and conning people into downloading apps under false pretenses. And no need to respond, because all the “developer replies” on here are A.I. generated anyway… yet another addition of your deception.

4. 1/5App works fine, requires a subscription

   The app works fine, but it requires a subscription and at first you can ignore the screen that pops up about it to use the basic functions (all I need it for) but eventually you stop being able to use any part of the app without signing up for the subscription. I found another free app that works just as well, as I do not understand why in the world a simple remote app requires a subscription. I would go buy a replacement app for the cost of one or two months of subscription before I ever paid for a remote app.

5. 1/5Not Worth the Money

   I downloaded the iMote Remote app expecting a convenient way to control my TV and other devices, but it’s a complete disappointment. Why would anyone pay for this when free official remote apps from Fire TV, LG, Samsung, Roku, and others already do a much better job? The app feels clunky, slow to connect, and often loses connection mid-use. The interface is outdated and not nearly as smooth or responsive as the built-in manufacturer apps. Basic functions like volume control and input switching are laggy, and half the “premium” features feel like things that should be standard in any remote app. Save your money. Stick with the free remote apps that come with your Fire TV, LG, or other smart devices—they’re faster, more reliable, and don’t nickel-and-dime you for basic functionality. This app is not worth paying for at all.
