"body": "I’m sorry… $7 per week to use a remote control app? For a TV I already bought? That’s almost $30 a month just to change the volume and switch inputs. Not a streaming service. Not premium content. Not some advanced smart home integration. A remote. Control. When did basic functionality become a subscription model? If I lose my physical remote, the backup option should not cost more per month than Netflix. This isn’t innovation. It’s opportunistic. It feels like squeezing customers simply because you can. Companies talk a lot about customer experience and brand loyalty. This is how you lose both. People understand paying for value. But charging weekly for something this fundamental feels tone deaf and frankly insulting. Do better!!!",

Yeah, totally no, yeah, \"sorry\" my dog keeps chewing up the remote and I need an app instead of ANOTHER remote. But this is worst than ever. Knew I should've just gotten another roku tv.
