"body": "I am extremely disappointed with this app. I have been charged repeatedly for a subscription I never authorized or used. In fact, I didn’t even have the app installed on my phone during the time I was being billed! When I finally re-installed it just to find a way to stop the charges, I discovered there is no cancellation button or subscription management option anywhere in the app settings. This feels intentionally misleading. If you are looking for a Roku remote, stick to the official Roku app and avoid this one at all costs. I am now forced to file a formal dispute with my bank to get my money back.",

"body": "Ok, let me cut right to the chase, my sister lost the remote to the tv. After searching the house for about an hour I gave up and began searching the web for a new remote, along the way I found this app to control the tv. I wanted to watch tv so I download the app and to my surprise it look like it worked. And then when I tried to use it , it gave me instructions on how to navigate the tv so that my phone could connect to it. Bru. That pretty much means I need the remote so that I can connect the tv to my phone.",

"body": "I plugged a Roku into my projector. Downloaded the app, and it made it seem real simple to connect my Roku for signing up for a 7$/week plan. I did so begrudgingly. It is not connected to my Roku device. It’s literally impossible for me to cancel what I just did on the app. I hope congress or consumer rights groups look into this. I have a busy life and don’t have time to now spend an hour figuring out how to cancel this. This is wrong and shameful for them to make it so hard to cancel something so easy to sign up for",

"body": "Made the mistake of clicking on this app instead of the one beneath it. They are basically the same EXACT APP with the same EXACT PURPOSE, except this one charges you a steep WEEKLY fee, and the other is FREE and way better in my opinion. Also this app charged me for multiple weeks after I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app, I had to get support involved and a refund. Just scroll slightly further down to the free-use one and don’t let these people rob you:)",
