   This app is a gem to have handy. It’s proven to be more accurate in finding out information than any other app in its category. While I do believe in anonymity and privacy, too many times having been burnt by those I gave the benefit of the doubt taught me it’s better to know and say nothing while keeping your guard up than to know only what they care share and have your belongings and personal space jeopardized by a liar who manipulates for personal gain using monetary theft and identity theft having given them my blind trust. The only reason I’ve not given Truth Finders a five is simply for the cost and much of what I search for being added costs to the basic charges each month. Not to mention I don’t use the service on the daily, nor even weekly and at times not at all during the month. Seems rather unfair to be forced into automatic payments when I do not use on the regular. This would be the only drawback to this otherwise awesomeness of an app. All in all it’s worth its weight in gold and you don’t see me canceling my subscription cause it’s truly worth the whine to get the information that is so easily accessible even if it means the added cost to subscribe. You won’t be disappointed and if ya are, you’re likely not gonna be pleased with any service cause this one is the best hands down. Try it and see for yourself!

2. 5/5A much NEEDED App… ❤️🥀❤️🥀❤️🥀

   The reasons I got TruthFinder… I have 3 early 20’s ex-step-Granddaughter’s… 2 toddler Munchkin’s… Plus I’m single… It is Amazing the TRUTH I find out about Each Individual I search… In 2024 I can NEVER get Comfortable ~ EVERY Single Background WILL be checked BEFORE a New person comes near… I’ve found TruthFinder is updated Quickly… My neighborhood had a couple get into it, he pulled a gun on her, she called the popo, a clip was seen by law enforcement ~ dude is a 13 time felon… FOUND: Over 25 guns (Long Rifles, Pistols, and including a Sawed Off Shotgun), Helmets, Ballistic Vests, and Suppressors + drugs with intent to distribute… This was the morning of December 28, 2023… Late that afternoon I went to TruthFinder to look him up… Indeed his New Charges were already on there… Plus I was able to look up his Wife’s Facebook page… She was crying “Nobody knows what happened”… Ummmmm… It’s all over the news Lady… So not only is TruthFinder here to keep EVERYBODY SAFE - it can be Entertaining too… Last but not EVER left behind… 💔🥀💔🥀💔🥀 I have a Facebook friend that’s been missing since January 2023… I was able to find Friends and Acquaintances of his that Family did NOT know about… Plus check the Backgrounds of ALL his neighbors… He hasn’t been found (PLEASE BE SAFE)… But at least I feel better knowing EVERY area I could check Indeed WAS…!!! Truthfinder is a NECESSITY… Stay Safe and Check Every Single Individual BEFORE Interacting…

   I let my subscription lapse and tried renewing through the Apple Store like i always did before. This time the payment went through but my membership wasn’t showing as paid on the app but was paid on the Apple Store. I called truth finder support and the guy on the phone said it was saying “conflict error” he said there was nothing he could do and to call apple support. I called Apple support and they said it’s definitely an error on truth finders end because on apples end it shows I have an active subscription. We decided to request a refund so I’ll wait to see if that happens. I tried closing the app and even turning my phone off. Funny enough as soon as we requested the refund I go an email from truth finder saying my membership had been cancelled but I still have access for the next month. Went on the app and I still have zero access… very disappointing… hopefully they can solve this issue for other users

4. 3/5Found the app useful until…

   I got this app after hearing about it on Law & Crime. It actually helped me find out that my brother, who wasn’t in contact with the family for a year or more, had passed away. I definitely appreciate that. However, I forgot about the payment coming due a month later. I really only wanted to use the app for just the initial month. I was charged May 2, 2025 for a second month. I went ahead and canceled it so I wouldn’t be charged again in June and it said my account was active until June 2. I went in today, May 16, 2025 and I can’t use it anymore but to search by phone number. And all my previous searches are gone. I had to log in, which I found odd because I was on the same devices I’d been using. I also had to have an authentication email sent as it said I was signing in from a new device. I’ve paid to use the service until June but I can’t. This is not ok.

5. 1/5Seriously can’t believe the service absolutely worst customer service I have ever delt with!

   If I could give less than 1 star i would not only is it a bit pricey to operate and run but my account is active and current and I’ve had to have two reports emailed to me as a pdf. And to make it worse the customer service is absolutely crap the # to call is always having some kind of difficulty or problems and you will wait on hold on average for me 45min plus just to get some one two answer then talk to them and convey what ever problem you may have, also my app has been freezing while looking up phone #s, names all kinds of stuff like that so it’s been pretty much worthless for over a month for me now. I tried to just go on line and sign in on their website in hopes of well maybe their app is just having issues, nope! It doesn’t work either I can’t get my report to come up I’m extremely disappointed and tired of trying to contact some one any one for that matter to even try to get this issue resolved, I mean hell they can’t even reply back to a simple email. And I’ve tried their repeatedly as well, just not sure what’s going on I pay for premium access and expect premium service but got a big middle finger every time I try to reach out and get something fixed wth so it’s time to move on and just give my money to another company that is willing to take care of me like a premium customer should be just figured I would let everybody in on my experience over the last year.
