I really enjoy being a part of Trustpilot. I often have a lot to say about various companies and services but it’s difficult to know where to post my opinions. Most of the time, we only take the time to share our thoughts on negative experiences- it’s human nature. Having had experience in retail management, i understand the importance of honest feedback, both negative and positive. I prefer to share good experiences but never know if it makes a difference or where the most visibility will be. It does matter at Trustpilot! It also seems like the reviews are screened to an extent to ensure that what’s posted is helpful and not just nonsense, fake or biased. Trustpilot is cool because I get reminders to review and if a company has my email or sends me an email requesting a review- it’s automatically added to my Trustpilot account and that makes it really easy.

1/5I truthfully wouldn’t waste any time posting reviews on this site..
I love the concept of TrustPilot, sadly they seem to suspend your account for no apparent reason. You’ll spend a great deal of time and effort posting reviews only to have your account banned and your reviews taken down. I’m a valuable and trusted member of the reviewing community. I’ve been writing reviews for nearly 15 years. I am a member of the Elite Squad of reviewers on Yelp. I have never had any issue with my reviews. I truly am taking precious time out of my schedule to write these reviews and post them on TrustPilot in order to help other people who might need to read these reviews. The fact that TrustPilot keeps suspending my account has left me so frustrated that I likely will not try to post reviews on their site any longer and I will no longer support their site in general. An example of my getting my account suspended occurred very recently, when I was attempting to leave a review for my Primary Care Physician (PCP). TrustPilot quickly suspended my account and then had the audacity to ask me to prove that I was a patient of this medical provider! The worst part, is that I gave them proof that I was a patient, but to TrustPilot, this proof wasn’t good enough, they both want and refuse to accept proof that is private in nature. I truthfully wouldn’t waste any time posting reviews on this site.

1/5What’s the point?
I attempted to make a review of a absolutely terrible company I spent the last two years working with on a B2B basis. It’s a foreign company, therefore not to many review services have this company even listed as an option to review them. I found that Trustpilot has 15 previous reviews of the company. I created an account with Trustpilot, I put in my experience with the company only to have Trustpilot pull the review and treat me like a criminal because I wrote a review. What I mean by treating me like a criminal is they requested an absorbent amount of information to “prove” that I worked with this company. I submitted invoices and screenshots of various communications, as requested by Trustpilot, only to have my review again retracted by Trustpilot. I am beyond frustrated at this point. I spent to much time just getting my thoughts together to write the original review, only to be disappointed by the fact that Trustpilot doesn’t believe me for no apparent reason. It’s beyond ridiculous, and incredibly frustrating, they compounded my issues with the said company. 🙄 what’s the point of making such stringent standards to write a review? You’re making it known that you’re not on the side of the consumer, but instead on the side of corporations. At least in this instance that’s what you’re doing

I will never come here again and trust this app for inflation considering that they can make out change your review if you TELL THE TRUTH! Of course it would do harm if you call someone out on unethical business practices and let me tell you trust pilot is here to protect them! Hers your proof! Mind you I only told the truth and my experience and that was enough for them to fear it may do damage to their reputation of course it will and it SHOULD! But not when you can’t really tell what happened I will never trust them again I’m sure they do this all the time to protect the evil merchants from harmful reviews. Meaning you can’t trust this app to give accurate insights because they are making people change their reviews. We are grown ups we can decide what we read is accurate or not it’s not your job to assume anything. Google rules and is superior and always will be superior. Until they start making people change their reviews but up until now that’s not the case but Trustpilot wants you to trust them and they don’t even let the truth be told. So what it hurts. It’s the truth! The emailed me I can’t upload the screenshot here telling me to change my review I will not I will just post it on google where I can tell the truth!

5/5A Reliable Go-To for Honest Reviews
I’ve had a great experience using the TrustPilot app. It’s very user-friendly, with a clean layout that makes it easy to search for companies and quickly find reviews that actually help with decision-making. Of course it would do harm if you call someone out on unethical business practices and let me tell you trust pilot is here to protect them! Hers your proof! Mind you I only told the truth and my experience and that was enough for them to fear it may do damage to their reputation of course it will and it SHOULD! But not when you can’t really tell what happened I will never trust them again I’m sure they do this all the time to protect the evil merchants from harmful reviews. Meaning you can’t trust this app to give accurate insights because they are making people change their reviews. We are grown ups we can decide what we read is accurate or not it’s not your job to assume anything. Google rules and is superior and always will be superior. Until they start making people change their reviews but up until now that’s not the case but Trustpilot wants you to trust them and they don’t even let the truth be told. So what it hurts. It’s the truth! The emailed me I can’t upload the screenshot here telling me to change my review I will not I will just post it on google where I can tell the truth!",
