Choose whether you want a negative or positive split, pick how the time difference between the first and second half of the race, and then give an average pace. True Pace will then allow you to adjust how your pace changes are distributed throughout the race, all the while maintaining your split. As always you can tweak the race to your liking quite easily with our mobile-optimized data entry and editing! Now if you want to run a 40 second negative split for your half marathon, with a 8:00 average pace, True Pace will save you the grunt work. Also squashed a few bugs that started showing up in iOS 16.1.

Race data is saved directly to HealthKit so you can view it in detail in the Apple Workouts Fitness app, including route map, splits, etc. True Pace for Apple Watch also supports showing all the latest running metrics that the watch can provide on Watches Series 6.0 or higher (including the SE2).
