   One great thing developers did was to put the factorable button on the load description, but right after that the screen where all loads appear is crowded with many information we don’t need to filter in our minds whats the best load to call, example: brokers name, d2p and exp, its something we don’t need at a first glance, just origin, destination with the deadhead miles of course, date, miles, equip, weight, length and total rate with rpm, thats it, cause now showing all the other info less loads are visible at a first glance on the phone screen. Now, when u tap on the load to see the details its even worse cause the most important part, the load notes section should be somewhere in the top together with the check factorability button, which was an amazing thing that u guys added that to the load details section. Other thing, load age is not visible when all loads are next to each other, just on the load details and barely visible, load age its very important cause on slow markets if the load has more than 30 mins that it got posted its either broker forgot to take it down or multiple stops that were not listed by broker, either or i do not call on those loads. Ohhhhhh, and tolls details on the load route should be very attractive like DAT has, and yes i am a pro member but maybe i gotta sign for the pro premium angus usda membership lol.

   In your search filters why don’t you have the following two: Minimum distance in a maximum distance; Minimum and maximum dollar per mile; How can you miss such important filters for the mobile app? As soon you have these filters added I will change the amount of stars in this review So far user experience research team needs to improve a little. When the user sets any value for the minimum or maximum $ per mile please make sure to give him the option do you include or exclude any loads that don’t have the price posted, this way if the users set a minimum of two dollars a mile he’s going to see all the loads with two dollars a mile and the ones that don’t have a rate posted if he chooses to do so

3. 3/5Still needs improvement

   While this new app works considerably better than the old one, there are features in the old one that are missing here which would be extremely helpful and make the app easier to use. Being able to set default filters for all searches and save favorite searches are the 2 big ones for me. Also I have seen others saying that they miss the maps which would also be helpful. Additionally, for brokers posting loads, things such as weight, rate, commodity, and tarp/securement requirements should be mandatory fields.

   The customer service is horrible. Which most already know. What I didn’t know was the app is delayed. That’s right! You loose loads before you even know it by using the app. I found this out today, after paying for their top premium subscription. After several times of it happening, I finally called today. Open the app, looking for a load and the red notice pops up “1 new load”. Click the notification, load pops up, click the load and now you get “load no longer available”. That’s bc that how much of a delay there is. Load lost and money lost, but they sure as hell don’t tell you that. So for almost $170 a month for the premium service and I’ve been bleeding money without knowing it. Here is the thing, the service rep stated, “we get this issue all the time”. So they know it and won’t fix it? That’s bad business

   truck stop is literally the worst app every single week I have login since I started my account June 19 and I have been on there line every week I switch from them before because I thought it was just me having the issues but now that I have came back it’s worse you can speak with anyone but sales they customers service number give busy signal then when called the Sales number the first thing it asks are you having login or billing issues press 1 it hangs right up, I called back to sales spoke with some one right off advise I have login issues the line disconnects…. It’s impossible to remove your credit card number to keep from being charged and they will not refund if it’s does when you can’t use the service please stick with DAT….
