4/5Add Reefer Box and Ability to Block Brokers
When selecting which type of truck there is no simple option for reefer box trucks. I currently have to use the reefer van selection paired with a weight and length limits. Even when doing this some brokers don’t want a reefer box. It gets frustrating trying to search post comments for a reefer box tag. Also please add a quick way to block brokers I am getting tired of seeing 50 GolbalTranz post with dirt cheap rates clogging up the selection I will never take a load from them or any other broker who wants to make more money from a 2 minute phone call than I do operating a truck for X amount of hours. Other than this the app is great and convenient it continues to get better and I get 95% of my loads from DAT ONE so for that thank you! Add these 2 features and you got my 5th star!

1/5A broken marketplace overwhelmed by spam and rampant fraud
Using the DAT Freight load board has increasingly become an exercise in frustration and risk, and the platform's failure to maintain basic ecosystem integrity is costing carriers time and money. One of the most maddening daily realities on the board is the sheer volume of duplicate spam. Brokers routinely post the exact same load multiple times—sometimes clogging the search results with 10 to 15 identical listings for a single lane. It completely dominates the board, forces carriers to endlessly scroll through phantom listings, and turns what should be a straightforward search into a massive waste of time. Even worse than the clutter is the alarming safety crisis on the platform. Broker accounts are being compromised and hacked on a daily basis, leaving scammers free to post fake loads and systematically cheat carriers. Honest owner-operators and small fleets are booking what they think are legitimate shipments, only to get caught up in elaborate identity theft, double-brokering, and non-payment schemes. DAT profits heavily from monthly subscription fees while failing to secure its own digital environment. As the industry's dominant load board, DAT should be held fully accountable for the explosive rise of freight fraud on their network. Until they implement rigorous, mandatory security protocols and clean up the board's spam problem, relying on DAT is a gamble that puts hard-working carriers directly in the crosshairs of scammers.

Dat board and truck stop is like twins. They let the brokers control the app. Without the owner operators there would be no use for the load boards. Have tried two different times at the truck show in Louisville Ky. Start making brokers put information about the load in comment section. Not their email address or stupid comment two or three times. Like what is the load, tarp, no tarp and what size tarp. Get tired of wasting time on calling brokers to find they want 8’ tarps and I don’t carry 8s. All it would take is to have a drop down box. Where the broker had to pick the option to post the load. I have the top package on dat and truck stop and they are just alike. The reason I have got is they don’t want to make the broker mad. Make them do there job. What brokers is not smart enough to figure out is. If there is no information in the comment section or phone number. I just pass it bye and go on to someone else. I am not wasting time on the phone. Why do they want to.

One of your representative called me that why I’m not continuing my subscription. I told her and she was on recorded line. That this platform meant to be Load Board between brokers shippers and carriers, but I have noticed since long time there are loads coming up from some brokers occupying space for all other real Loads and these loads/brokers which are fake and nonsense. So basically I will be not able to search for real broker’s loads and I don’t know how they’re miss using this platform for this long and this easy and it looks like there is nobody to control and I told her that there are so many carriers that they see the same and they don’t want to subscribe because the platform has become very scamming place for brokers that who are scammers and if you want real carriers to work and get those from here and subscribe your app, you make sure that you guys have real brokers with their real load

I have been using the app for 2 months and they have charged me for the 2 months since week one they cancelled my account because I am in Texas and my dispatcher is in New York. This is a problem for them. I spoke to them every week to find a solution to the problem and they always told me the same thing (our ski is working on it). It was all a lie. It is one of the worst platforms that I have personally experienced. 0 recommended. Be careful where you put your business. I have never made any profit. I made 2 payments of 158 each plus 9 taxes, all so that in the end they cancelled my account. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. I explained my dissatisfaction to them and they didn't care. I told them I was going to give them a bad review and they said, "Well, we don't care." 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Have tried two different times at the truck show in Louisville Ky. Start making brokers put information about the load in comment section. Not their email address or stupid comment two or three times. Like what is the load, tarp, no tarp and what size tarp. Get tired of wasting time on calling brokers to find they want 8’ tarps and I don’t carry 8s. All it would take is to have a drop down box. Where the broker had to pick the option to post the load. I have the top package on dat and truck stop and they are just alike. The reason I have got is they don’t want to make the broker mad. Make them do there job. What brokers is not smart enough to figure out is. If there is no information in the comment section or phone number. I just pass it bye and go on to someone else. I am not wasting time on the phone. That this platform meant to be Load Board between brokers shippers and carriers, but I have noticed since long time there are loads coming up from some brokers occupying space for all other real Loads and these loads/brokers which are fake and nonsense. So basically I will be not able to search for real broker’s loads and I don’t know how they’re miss using this platform for this long and this easy and it looks like there is nobody to control and I told her that there are so many carriers that they see the same and they don’t want to subscribe because the platform has become very scamming place for brokers that who are scammers and if you want real carriers to work and get those from here and subscribe your app, you make sure that you guys have real brokers with their real load",

It is one of the worst platforms that I have personally experienced. 0 recommended. Be careful where you put your business. I have never made any profit. I made 2 payments of 158 each plus 9 taxes, all so that in the end they cancelled my account. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded.
