"body": "Sydney Public Transport is actually worse than Melbourne, if such a thing is possible. And Trip Planner- Transport NSW is truly dreadful. Buses don’t come when they are scheduled; the app times do not correspond with arrival and departures of buses. And the bus drivers have absolutely no clue of what is happening with changes along their route. Simply shocking.",
