"body": "Nice UI. The chord spellings and scales get a little funky sometimes but it’s alright, it’s kind of charming/engaging. Plus a lot of real world enharmonics pull the funny spellings anyways. Coming back to ear training after undergrad and graduate music degrees. This app is working out great for me. The audio gets weird when I have my AirPods in or if I swipe out to a different app during a lesson (my RoK gathering must continue ungapped) Will update my review when I hit that top rank. I’m a silver 💀 Edit: I’ve reached expert! Cool app. Works better with AirPods now than when I first got it (hardly worked with AirPods at all). My ears have improved quite a bit, and my instrument practice is more enriching/fun/easier as a result. I’ve got my hopes in this dev. Ear training isn’t life or death to me, so why not support an underdog? The gamification is fun, I like working through the four stages each day. Please keep up the good work! I recommend this app a lot.",

"title": "Wrong theory + Greedy 😂 stay away",
"body": "Took the entry test. Ngl was pretty comprehensive, but some chords were just wrong. Two options for one were Aug 7 and dom 7 #5 but they are the same thing 😹. There was an option dominant 7 b11 but the b11 is the third so you can’t tell between that and regular dom 7 😂. I got those two wrong and it put me in the “medium” level and you need to do a million tasks to level up and every time it asks you to pay for full access. If you close it, you “spin” to unlock a discount. So greedy. You won’t learn theory you’ll just get more confused. Saw an ad on ig so I decided to try it out and I had a feeling this would happen. Stay away!!!",

"body": "The free trial is enticing, but I’ll prolly forget to cancel if I don’t like it. $10 is understandable since they’re supposedly an indie dev, but tbh I prolly would be more likely to try it for a month if it were $5 monthly. Maybe try finding a way to let people try for a week without having to enter payment information, so forgetful people like me would be more likely to actually try. Sometimes something small like $3/month will generate more consistent and new users, leading to more revenue over time, but idk I’m not an expert at this.",

"body": "Somehow all sounds can only come out as notification sounds from the phone speaker, won't come out of connected Bluetooth headphones. This mean, for example, that you can't use the app on the train or with people around you (e.g. at night in bed with your partner sleeping next to you). Also, it means your phone can't be on \"silent\" so any other notification sound will come interfere. Silly!",
