  1. 5/53 syllables for the Devs

Love the platform. Been Pro+ for about 2 yrs finally transitioning to being consistently profitable and I have 3 syllables for you : Footprint Charts! Seriously guys the past few years I’ve noticed you beautifully expanded the chart types and even added choosable custom timeframes which is amazing. I love tradingview, I love the the brilliant selfless script writers and the TV community in general that’s why I’m saying I can’t express enough how helpful Delta Footprint charts are. Being able to see the trade movement inside the candles changed everything for me i.e. accurately selecting my futures contracts to trade based on a clear view of the worth of the candles and each of their segments to confirm if I could even get filled trading it with my account size and leverage. That’s one of many ways it can be used and I believe it would be very helpful to the TV community and a great addition to the outstanding platform. That said, to any traders reading this, for the time being search Volume Profile Volume Delta OI Delta [Kioseff Trading] The most brilliant minds in the TV community often release their scripts for free like this one. Best Delta FootPrint indicator for TV. Look into it. It will help. Trust me. Regards - Let’s win together

  2. 1/5Rip off

I got sucked into signing up and I signed up for essential because I am just getting started and don’t want to spend a ton of money on something I’m just learning that’s not earning any money. It was kind of off putting from the start that they only give you 2 indicators for paper trading unless you pay. I feel Like it puts barriers up to learning, I can understand charging for real trading but paper trading feels like nickel and diming. So I sign up for essential and then I find out I don’t even have access to regular data, that comes at an extra fee, so I’m annoyed at this point but I can understand this because they have to pay for it, at least this is what I told myself, until I went to sign up for it and then I find out I don’t even have access to purchase it unless I upgrade to the $33 per month plan. That is beyond ridiculous. This site is 100% here just to squeeze every last drop from you. I just checked out webull and there’s a few others I found that don’t operate out of greed and give even a ton more free indicators and not to mention real time data as well as all time frames, needless to say I will be canceling my subscription to a company that cares about the customers and not just how much money they can get from you. Basically the tradingview essential plan is useless, cboe data is inaccurate and they won’t let you even purchase real time data if you’re not spending $33 per month on top of the real time data fee of $10. Webull has great charts real time data for like $5 bucks 🤷‍♀️

As a newcomer, the information is great!, but very fragmented, one has to be very careful , not to follow the wrong so called pro! Like the internet, everyone is a pro, in title, but not in practice!, sadly every one has an opinion, and everyone will give advice, good, or not! Even after a person invests the time to figure out , who the true pros are, the real pros do not post on TradingView until, it’s almost not relevant, unless you devote every waking moment to waiting for a true pro, to post, and then, and only then, decide as to how to put this information into practice . And even then in a market that is dictated by normal supply, and demand, it can all be, decided by one individual , who is affluent enough to control the entire market , with a well thought plan. , these are not people receiving the same information, as anyone just following TradingView, so who do you think is going to prosper? I can assure you that there are great investment opportunities, but unless you can devote the time, and invest not only in a trading plan, you are just fodder unless you also, pay for a true pro, to send you trading advice, even then it is a market that it seems can go completely off script, depending on the most affluent traders that you are trading against, I can assure you that, these are very savvy individuals, who make it their job to know your psychological weaknesses, and pretty much know how, and when to bring this knowledge to bear, when they are making their money, ! This can only be done by taking someone else’s money!. Who do you think will win? Please be vigilant, when you enter the trading arena, as in life, the biggest usually wins, trading is not an even play field. Conclusion; even after a long thought out plan, with the benefit of a true pros input!your probably bringing a knife, to a gun fight!! Especially in this current bear market

  4. 1/5Worst support system imaginable

I love the program. It actually is fantastic but the support system is the worst. I have a major issue of not getting a refund owed to me. In July, they offered a promotion that I took them up on. They said that if you do the promotion any existing subscriptions would be refunded to you. This was not done. Despite trying to find every area on the app/website to resolve the issue I was unsuccessful. I emailed them and was told they do not provide support via email or telephonically and that I have to submit a support ticket. Well, that sounds simple enough. Except that you can’t. There are no support tickets that you can submit. Only an AI generated chat. The use of the word chat is generous because you’re not chatting. AI is only responding to subjects pre-programmed by them. It only provides you with pre-written responses to very specific issues. So if your issue isn’t exactly one of their preconceived areas of concern, then you have no recourse. You are sent in a circle. I could not find an area where you can actually let them know an issue that is outside of their AI generated cookie cutter Responses (i.e. “other”). There is no way to reach a human to address these other concerns. Perhaps I am wrong. I hope so. And maybe someone from the company will actually reach out in a reply and show me how to get to someone to resolve my issue. I would be thrilled to apologize.

  5. 4/5Charts don’t get any better

I’ve had a paid subscription for the last two months and I love it. There are two improvements that I can think of that would make this a five star review. First of all provide pre-market charts for all stocks. Currently, there are many stocks that have pre-market volume that TradingView does not provide a chart of. It’s a little frustrating to not know what’s happening with the stock premarket until after it opens. Honestly I’m not sure if there’s a threshold that a stock needs to hit before pre-market data is provided. My second improvement would be to be able to tell what an indicator does regardless of what it is called by the creator of it. Many times you can get an indicator and then forget exactly what is being quantified unless you look up the exact name of the indicator again and get a full explanation this seems a little cumbersome when you really just want to know what that indicator is doing. I guess I’m a bit spoiled from the abundance of indicators available and perhaps I should be happy with what I’ve got. Lol. Enough said I am enjoying my subscription and hope to see these improvements in the future. Thanks TradingView!
