1. 1/5“Consistent” dispatch issues

   I’ve been using this app for a while, and this is far from the first time I’ve had this issue. Orders get confirmed immediately, you give me an estimated delivery time, and then… nothing. The driver doesn’t get dispatched until way later, if at all. Tonight was the final straw. I placed an order around 1:30 a.m. with an estimated delivery time of 35–50 minutes. After 40 minutes, there still wasn’t even a driver assigned. I contacted support and got no response. I messaged again 10 minutes later still nothing. About 10 minutes after that, I tried calling customer support twice. No answer either time. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes before someone finally joined the chat. Funny enough as soon as they joined, they were able to dispatch a driver immediately. By then I told them to just cancel the order. I wasn’t about to wait another 20 minutes after already wasting over an hour. I literally watched an entire movie while waiting for my food, and by the end of it I still didn’t even have a driver assigned. That’s beyond ridiculous. Nothing new about this either. The same kind of delays and dispatch issues keep happening, yet nothing ever seems to get fixed. You just hand out free delivery coupons whenever a problem occurs. All we’re asking is of you to fix those problems. What a way to ruin someone’s night!

2. 2/5many things wrong

   products are often misleading, they don’t have a product description section for personal products/others or nutritional information on food products in their market so often times you may order something and when it arrives you will be disappointed, they also don’t let you leave reviews on their grocery store until they read them and determine If you have something good to say about them, which defeats the whole purpose of a review section. their points system is terrible, I placed an order for $220 and only got 70 points? which you cannot even spend unless you order 6 times consecutively and If you don’t, then your points expire. they don’t have enough ranges or shade options on cosmetic products, for some reason they only supply a specific shade range every time, their search feature is confusing and half the time won’t show you what you’re looking for or all the options of what you searched for. restocks are super slow, sometimes they take up to a month or more to restock things. I mainly use the app for groceries but the few times that I have used it for food delivery it always arrives cold. I also wish they had a review section for each product (the way target does) and without filtering so you can see other people’s experiences before you buy something that you never end up using. there are many more issues to name.

3. 2/5Offers and discounts.

   The offers in this app are very bad as they rarely give you an offer such as a discount or free delivery and when they do give you an offer that food quality is so bad or sometimes it’s very little compared to the outrageous prices. Sometimes I wanna order food without even a discount because every time I order with a discount and it doesn’t fill my stomach. It’s embarrassing that they do this every single time. I will never use this app again. Also talking about delivery prices they’re outrageously expensive like one of the restaurants is near me and it’s basically a 20 minute walk to go there so it’s not far but somehow the delivery cost 2500 IQd This is an outrageous price for a restaurant that’s near me. I do not recommend using this app. I’d reckon you go walk to the restaurant then use this app.

4. 1/5Bad Service!!!!!

   I had the worst experience with toters yesterday, i ordered lunch im not going to name the place because they have nothing to do with this. When i placed the order they said it needed 25 to 30 minutes to arrive and ended arriving an hour ago and the food was cold! The same day i ordered dinner it was 10:10, 1 hour later i got a call from the restaurant also not going to name it, they told me my order was ready 40 minutes ago but no one showed up to pick it up and that they tried to contact them several times but no response, i also tried to contact them through chat support or by call but also no response. It was 11:30 by then, after that i received a notification saying that there is a driver waiting at the store although the arrival time kept updating until 11:50 when i called the driver and told him not to bring the order anymore. I dont know if they are lying and trying to pin it on the store but i was furious and ended up not eating because of toters unprofessionalism. And thats not the 1st or 2nd not even the 10th time thats this happens it so unprofessional and every time its we are sorry for your experience we are working on fixing out problems and i still waiting for the day they fix them.

5. 1/5Horrible costumer service

   This is the first time I ever write a review on any app but it got too ridiculous to the point that I had to share. I’v ordered toters multiple times and the amount of errors that have accumulated are surreal. Every 3 deliveries, 1 of them is wrong despite detailed instruction in the boxes, and the extra next step no costumer should do, contacting costumer service to ensure no error . But error will be done either ways and there is no escape. What you receive a couple days later are phone calls apologizing, but an apology is disturbing when there is no correct action that follows and when the error accumulates despite clear conversations. Very unprofessional . The sole and basic need of the costumer is a correct order. Which is not met most of the times. If they’re not gonna fail in sending the instructions to the store, they will fail in ensuring a “correct order” between their hands , and will put the blame on the store itself, when in fact both should be responsible in ensuring correct delivery. I never recommend this application to anyone if you want a safe correct order .
