   I’m a self employed music teacher, and needed something simple to generate and email invoices to my clients. It gets the job done, no hassles, easy to set up, and dependable. The only thing I would like to see is that it would be great if the iPad app and the iPhone app would sync together; in other words, set up the business one time, and then have all of the invoices and settings sync from one device to the other over iCloud. They do sync now, to a degree, but it’s not real seamless, and sometimes things fall through the cracks if you, for instance, generate an invoice on your phone, and then expect to see it on your iPad. It will eventually show up, but not immediately. Sometimes also you can take a payment on one device, apply it to a specific invoice, but the payment won’t apply to the same invoice on the other device. For the time being, I have just avoided using two devices. Stick to either iPad, or iPhone, and you’ll be totally set.

2. 5/5Tiny Invoice Runs my Business

   This app literally has been the center of how i run my whole business and nothing else for the last couple years. its really user friendly and i cant tell you how man countless hours i spend a week using this as it generates all my estimates and invoices. I really recommend this app and hands down this app has been the key component in how i operate and nothing else other than my money sharing apps and credit card processing apps for payment from customers. Good customer service also with quick response from developers as well that is an important thing to note as well. I just wish that i could find a way to make a second profile for my other business and use the app for both also make the contacts on my phone always accessible rather than having to press the contacts button then find and add to the invoice. I would like to the phone contacts to just be accessible at all times and not have to search. Also i am pretty sure but i may be wrong but i dont know why when i enter in new customer info at the beginning of a new invoice why the adress never shows on the final invoice and this is what i need the most as my company is based on residential services so i need a spot to make the address visible with the contact info or a new lable for job site location and make this be a prompted screen when making the invoice or estimate. also to integrate the app into the iphone keyboard for quick one button access when say messaging a customer on my phone i could just tap the tiny invoice icon just as i would say like the venmo or cashapp icon but my loyalty to this app is great as i said this app runs my whole company and keeps me organized and i would be crushed if i did not have it or it were to be no longer available due to i need this app to function as a company.

3. 5/5Absolutely perfect!

   I love this app. I originally started using it about 5 years ago and when I started a separate business recently, I was extremely happy that I could add a second business for a reasonable cost. Everything else was not cost effective. I’m not a big business but the professional look is important. They have it all. Invoices look great! The tracking of all your sales in every fashion that you could imagine is awesome as well. I work from the phone and the ability to print, email, or text is extremely valuable. I hope to be using Tiny Invoice for many years to come! Side note, I was able to import my logo to the invoice, size it and make it personal. Thank you for such an easy tool that I can use and stay focused on working and not “office working” I probably spent more time on this review than I do billing clients! But that’s ok, it’s worth it! AAA+++

   Im really happy this app is available and I hope it never goes away or starts charging to use it. I would even pay a little for it if asked. A few things to address that would change my rating to 5 stars: —I’d like the option to remove the due date. —I can’t figure out how to remove items from an invoice... so far I’ve had to redo the whole thing if I mistakenly add an item. —when I add an item, at the top of the screen are ITEM, TIME and EXPENSES tabs, but if I click on time or expenses it says “not enough information”. I wish I could use those functions , if only cuz they’ve put it out there, but at that point I just think “this is dumb” and add the stuff in items, which would be fine and probably easier overall but not being able to use these functions just makes me wonder what I’m missing out on. This seems kinda dumb. Either make it easy to use and/or functional or take the option out cuz every time I get to that screen I’m compelled to click on the time and expenses tabs just to see if I can use them, and I never can so it’s just wasting my time. Other than that, this is a great app. I only make a few invoices a month so it’s not worth paying what other apps charge. I don't need anything fancy. This app is a free, simple to use, no frills invoice and estimate maker which is exactly what I need and i really appreciate being able to use it.

5. 4/5Great concepts

   The app is a great concept and convenient to use on the go. However the usability needs work. Such as the ability to change the email within the application. As my business develops as does my professionalism in wanting my email to match my business, Tiny Invoice cannot offer that. Customer service is poor, they have no direct contact to answer a question via phone, it’s all email. That process has taken anyway from three days to a week plus. Great for getting your business started but as it grows I have little confidence the app can keep up. I recently got a new phone, the data didn’t transfer properly from old phone to new phone. After not hearing back from customer service I had to manually correct each error, which was very time consuming. I recommend only buying subscription monthly as if you pay for the annual they won’t refund money.
